Every bedroom features its own privatebathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The custom built-in bunks on the lower level create a fun and functional space, ideal for families or groups. The light-filled main living area on the second floor is designed for gathering, with an open layout perfect for dining, entertaining, and unwinding after a day in the sun. All beds throughout the home are brand new, adding to the clean, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere.

Step outside to your own private pool, which can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spacious pool deck is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and includes a grill for alfresco cooking, making it the perfect setting for sunny afternoons or relaxing evenings under the stars.

The property offers ample parking for up to six vehicles, including an oversized garage with two extra refrigerators—perfect for stocking up for beach days—and plenty of room for coolers, toys, and all your adventure gear.

The walk to the beach is only seconds, making it easy to enjoy the expansive private beach at any time of day. When you're not on the sand or at your private pool, enjoy access to the community pool as well. The home’s prime location places you minutes from the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Destin Commons, world-class golf, shopping, and excellent dining.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

The property has a security camera on top of garage facing the driveway only.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
