Rustic house and simple but colorful and cozy (TERRENO WITH AREA of 750 mts) with 3 bedrooms, being mezzanine with spacious suite, balcony and sea view, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed. We are on Google Maps as Casa Cumuru Cliffs.
Sleeps 8 comfortably. Living room with balcony, hammock and deck; illuminated, airy and well ventilatedenvironment. Garden with hammocks, colored lighting with automatic ignition. Fitted kitchen with stove and granite sink; complete kitchen utensil; Cup with freezer, cupboard and cupboards with good bowls; Backyard with coconut trees, hose and leafy trees; Flowery garden with hibiscus of various colors, bouganvilles and lush palm-fan.
To reach the beach of Areia Preta one can use three passages; 01-via Catamaran Restaurant; 02-when leaving the house take 1st street on the right with access by a staircase;
The Catamaran restaurant and gazebo is very close being excellent option for good cuisine and stunning views of the cliffs. Pleasant and a must-see promenade where the scenery is a great attraction, unforgettable! Nice walk is to follow the beach of Areia Preta until reaching the dam that is at the beginning of the village. The dam is suitable for a refreshing fresh water bath and is a good option to rest and enjoy! Then, following the walk, the beach huts begin with excellent options of tira-gostos and drinks!

The house is an invitation to the outside environment and to nature lovers, it has a country house style with a sea ahead. Ideal for less urban people or families wishing to contact the outdoors and nature; ideal also for the less sedentary who enjoy hiking, for being in a rich natural environment; to those who enjoy adventures for being in region of beautiful Cliffs.
Contra indicated for those who do not support small insects due to the proximity of the garden and nature.
INTERNET WIFI IN THE HOUSE (subject to the service instabilities of the region's supplier); the village has Lan Houses and several establishments with internet like Restaurants and Beach Tents.
