This house with an unfenced garden on a 790m² plot has been recently renovated and the lower level is uninhabitable. You access your accommodation via a staircase leading to a living space of 90m². It has a double bedroom (160 bed) and on the upper floor two bedrooms (140 bed and two 90 beds) under the roof that can accommodate up to 6 people.



The house comprises a TV lounge with WIFI access and desk area. An equipped kitchen open to the dining room and fitted with everything you need to feel at home; gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. An independent toilet and a complete bathroom complete the rental. For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, a hairdryer, outdoor furniture (tables, garden chairs, outdoor lounge, electric plancha, two sun loungers) and a bicycle storage room.
