House 2 to 6 people in very beautiful park with private heated pool

If you want an authentic champagne experience this accommodation is in the perfect location. This was our second stay here so this should speak for itself. Easy walking distance to the small town of Bar sur Aube where you have ample places to buy bread and meats etc. also close by are a number of champagne houses offering tastings and again walking distance. The accommodation had a pool which was very welcome given the hot weather. Only slight disappointment was the absence of a barbecue. Would have been ideal. Other than that the accommodation was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. This is not a gripe but the shower needs fixing!

The pool and outdoor spaces were fabulous. Played lots of table tennis, had a BBQ and lots of time in the pool. Aircon a huge plus in scorching weather, especially at night. As one other review stated, the exterior of the house needs a little attention but it does look as if the property is being slowly refurbished. We are a family of five and inside eating was a little cramped because of the space in the kitchen, which is where the dining table is. Luckily we could eat outside most of the time on spacious (brand new) picnic tables on a big shaded terrace terrace. Can easily walk into town and many supermarkets are nearby. All in all a lovely week here.

Excellent property. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, gass grill in garden. Clean pool (with cleaning bot) bed was good. We had a baby crib and baby chair. Nice garden and it was very quiet. Huge Leclerc was a 1 minuten drive for shopping. All and all a great place to stay if you like nice and quiet.The only downside is that the exterior of the house could use a paint job, but thats all there is to it and it didnt bother us at all.5/5 property.

Superbly located property in easy walking distance of Bar sur Aube. Ideally situated within walking distance of at least 4 champagne houses. If you love Champagne this is the place for you. The property was more than ideal for the two of us with plenty of space to spread out; including on a beautifully appointed terrace. Great to have access to a bbq. Kind, sympathetic and generous owners. We loved it here and are already planning our return visit next year.

Comfortable house, outside patio for meals and a pool and air conditioning

We were a family of four with children aged 11&9 returning from a skiing trip in the alps. This was the perfect place to stay for a few nights to break up the journey and for some down time. The kids loved the pool and the Easter egg hunt in the large garden. The property was well located and had everything you would need for a great stay. We had BBQ’s on the large terrace and read by the pool. The beds are really comfy and everywhere was very spacious. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nathalie and Gilbert, we are looking forward to enjoying your champagne with friends in England.

After a great stay last year we spent our holidays again on this beautiful place! We were welcomed again with nice words and a bottle of champagne. The pool, the terrace and the air conditioning were well used again in the wonderful summer weather. All in one we had a great time and maybe we return another year! Thank you very much!

In the hot French summer this property is very welcome. I will be back in the future as I'm in the area quite a lot. One suggestion is to provide more cooking and kitchen utensils.

We spent two nice weeks in this newly renovated house. Absolut great was the swimming pool, almost every day we relaxed there, especially the children couldn't get enough of it! The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. A big advantage on hot days was the air conditioning. On the terrace we had our meals every day and could rest with view on the garden and the pool. The owners welcomed us personally, they were very nice and left us a bottle of champagne from their own domain as a welcome gift. All in one we had a great time and maybe we return another year!
