House 1 mile from Geneva on Lake. We have several wineries in the area.

We were very pleased with this rental. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was more than accommodating with a few requests that we had. We will definitely be staying again when we visit Geneva!

Lesa was a very responsive host throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, she provided useful information about the area and dining recommendations which was much appreciated. The home itself was very nice and whenever we had questions she responded promptly. Unfortunately we experienced several issues during our stay. There was a significant ant problem in the kitchen including on countertops, floors, and main hallways. We also encountered a sticking back door and water in basement. To Lesa credit she acted quickly and sent someone to home the same day to address issues with bug spray and traps.Lady who came to home was nice as well. She also struggled with back door lock and would fix for future guests. While I appreciate the hosts responsiveness and efforts to address problems the presence of ants throughout negatively impacted the vacation experience. For that reason I believe a partial refund of stay is appropriate rather than a future travel credit, as issues affected the quality of accommodation.Overall Lesa and lady who helped with property were good hosts, pleasant and responsive but conditions of property fell short of expectations.

We had a wonderful stay and communication and recommendations from host Lesa was awesome. Very well equipped. The one negative thing was that the one bedroom was an air mattress and not comfortable.

Roomy house in an accessible location! Grwt place to stay with our dogs with easy, drivable access to both Geneva and the Geneva-on-the-lake strip. Had a great weekend and host was very friendly and communicative. Large fenced in backyard was a great bonus.

The home was immaculate and safe for our dog. The fenced in yard also helped keep him safe. Lesa was very amenable. The home was clean and lovely! We would definitely stay here again!

Owner was extremely easy to deal with. Communication was phenomenal!

Overnight stay on the way home from Cleveland concert. Everything was clean, modern and perfect.

We were there celebrating my sister-n-laws 60th birthday. The house was as described and was ample room for all 8 of us. Lesa was great from the beginning. Communication was excellent and we had a great time. There was a local power outage and Lesa kept us posted with current power updates. We sat outside and played cards until the power came back on. We did not let it ruin our time and Lesa made sure we knew there were candles just in case. We had one issue with the house, out of Lesa's control, and she handled it swiftly and was very apologetic. It did not affect our time there. Lesa provided us with local entertainment and dining suggestions and was the best host! The house is close to everything and has everything you need. Thank you Lesa for opening up your home to us and for all you did. You helped make our trip very enjoyable. We will definitely return! --The 60th Birthday Squad-- feverything

Clean and roomy. Covered entry porch was nice as it was raining when we left and we didn't have to get soaked loading up the cars. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of glassware and other needs. Listing said 2 futons in 2 common areas but they did not exist- actually had 1 common area with reclining sofa and chair which required us to make changes to our planned sleeping arrangements. Great place to stay but this is a rural setting so expect powerful odors and insects from the adjoining property.
