Stayed Aug 10, 2023We would definitely stay here again while we’re in town visiting. We were moving our daughter into college and the owners were so kind, helpful, and responsive in getting back to me with questions I had. Great place to stay and close to everything!

Stayed Aug 15, 2025The Hotty Toddy house was the perfect place for us to stay during move-in. The location was perfect, super convenient and quiet. The house was so nice and clean and had an amazing backyard space. We will definitely stay there again over the next four years!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025This townhouse has 10/10 stars for all the right reasons. Great location and close to the square and Ole Miss campus. Great communication with the property owner. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean, fully stocked and very comfortable. Bedrooms were nice with walk in closets. The beds were extremely comfortable too. There were two dedicated parking spots for the townhouse which was nice. You will not go wrong choosing this townhouse. We hope to be back very soon.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024We drove 12 hours to drop off our freshman Ole Miss student in August. The house is in a quiet, convenient location for all things Oxford and Ole Miss. It is well appointed and comfortable, especially the beds. We would definitely stay here again.
