Hot Tubs + Rooftops | Sleeps 20 Near Broadway

Location and great units and hot tubs! Also great response and follow up! Would highly recommend!!

This place was perfect for our group of 12, the 2 properties side by side were nice. Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Would def book this place again!

We had a group of 18. After our first property rental fell through we were left scrambling. Finding this could not have worked out better!! The property was a quick and easy ride to anywhere without being on top of everything, so you could regroup and really relax from all the crazy fun that is Nashville. The communication was excellent and felt like the management company REALLY CARED and WANTED to make sure we were happy and to let us know that they were available if we had ANY questions or issues. They contacted us to see if we wanted to check in early which also worked out perfectly. They even checked in midway to see if there was anything at all not up to expectations. We rented both the A and B properties and they were spacious, clean and comfortable. I would 1000% stay here again and book other properties from this group.

I wanted to give my family a TN roadtrip, to experience Nashville and the Smoky Mountains. This was stop one on the journey and it completely exceeded our expectations. The Property Manager was super communicative and welcoming! We needed a few maintenance items (dishwasher, garbage disposal) and the sweet maintenance team was there in a moments notice. So kind! We are headed out this morning to our next destination in Sevierville and we can only hope our experience there will be as wonderful as our time here in Nashville! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very nice place to stay with several couples or large families. We were a short ride to Broadway. The rooftop Paito was a great place to spend time.

We had an amazing stay in Nashville, thanks to our incredibly accommodating hosts and the two beautiful houses we rented. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. They were responsive, friendly, and provided all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and enjoyable stay. Both houses were stunning – beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The living spaces were spacious and perfect for our group gatherings. One of the highlights was the comfort of the beds. Each bed was like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring we all had restful nights after our busy days exploring the vibrant city of Nashville. It's rare to find accommodations where everyone in the group agrees on the comfort level of the beds, but these houses exceeded our expectations. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots. We truly felt at home and well taken care of during our stay. We highly recommend these properties to anyone visiting Nashville. The combination of the lovely homes and exceptional hosts made our trip unforgettable. We can't wait to return!
