We have a walk-up attached double garage with parking in front of our unit. You can also park a car in front of our garage (careful not to block the driveway for our neighbors. There are also TWO parking spaces across the driveway.

Please pick up a Lake Village parking pass and register all of your vehicles with the security office at Lake Village's Office (at the recreation center). They have nothing to do with the rental of the unit, but they regulate the parking and provide security services in the complex.

Also, you need to place a Douglas County parking pass in any vehicle parked outside. This pass is stored on the wall by the front door in a brochure holder.

Douglas County requires they be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard of each permitted vehicle. The parking pass shall have the VHR permit number, license plate number of the vehicle, address of the rental unit, and a phone number for the person responsible for the vehicle. Failure to have the specified information on the parking pass is a violation of this code and may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.

Quiet hours in Lake Village are 8pm - 8am.

    Everything about our stay was great! Condo was well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Location is very close to Heavenly and shopping restaurants, but still private/secluded. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

    This place is a great place to find things to do near the stateline. Heavenly, snowmobiles, casino fun, Edgewood for sunset drinks. The house has a comfortable, funky vibe with all the amenities. Our only disappointment was that it was listed as a 4-bedroom, but one of the rooms is a loft, openly visible from the front door, the living room, and the upstairs landing. We enjoyed our stay overall.

    Easy parking at the house and quick to get to Heavenly or a grocery store. House is nice and spacious with two dining tables and an open living room. Fit our group of 8 very well. The hot tub is in the basement room with no windows, so it gets quite hot sitting in the hot tub. We couldn't all fit in it at the same time anyways so we had to take turns going in. Ended up working fine.
