Great place in great neighborhood

This is an amazing, super clea property that gives you a quiet stay with the ability to walk to OSU Campus, North and Short North for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Also has quick access to I- 71 which can get you to Downtown, COSI, Westerville, and Canal Winchester - all within minutes. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are very nicely appointed with granite countertops and great appliances. Everything you need is in the kitchen to cook and serve meals. The rooms are very comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter room under the stairs. Alex was a great host and provided some great recommendations for dining with the family. Thank you, we'll be back!!

We came to Columbus for the CrossFit Games at the Convention Center. We loved the house and the location. We were close to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was great. If we ever come back to Columbus we will stay there again. Alex, the host was excellent.

From initial inquiry through the checkout..... this was the smoothest and most seamless reservation process. Additionally, Alex just raised the bar for all B&Bs....10/10, will stay again!

Lovely updated home with a great city location. It is a corner lot with a driveway. Walkable to coffee shops, grocery store, restaurants. Bathrooms were beautifully updated as well as the kitchen. Two large bedrooms with king size beds. Third bedroom was smaller and the bed was up against a wall which made it a bit difficult to get in and out. The loft is great for kids. We were there during a hot humid week. A/C worked great. Loft had a unit cooler and it was a bit stuffy on that floor but understandable given the weather. Hot tub and garage was a great atmosphere but since it was so hot we only used it once. Well stocked home from laundry detergent, toilet paper, all necessities. The living room sofa is large and cumbersome but it would definitely not affect my rating. It met all our needs - would be a great place to stay during football season!

Our family group of six had a wonderful time at Alex’s place. The kitchen and living room were connected spaces where we could catch up and relax together, and everyone had their own bedroom. The bathrooms and kitchen were thoughtfully renovated. We walked the quiet neighborhood streets, including walking to Yellow Spring Brewery for drinks and food. Any last minute shopping was nearby. Another plus was our family event at Understory was minutes away by car.

Great location one block off High St. within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Nice outside space with play area, dining table, grill and fire pit with chairs. Host was very helpful and communicated well.

The house was perfect for a family trip! Lots of added features like toys, the garage with hot tub, and perfect backyard. Waking distance to tons of places, like restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. The host was also very responsive.

I, My spouse, and our 4 children (13 and under) stayed here this past weekend and it was wonderful. We’re relocating to the area soon and came to check out the city-this was the perfect home base for us. There are restaurants and shops within close walking distance and it’s easy to get to other parts of the city. There are also several grocery stores well within a mile. The property was immaculately clean-we were so impressed! We also liked that there was dedicated parking next to the garage. It’s especially nice if you’re not used to city street parking. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained at the house between the tv, toys inside, and the climbing structure outside. We felt like we had everything we needed-when we cooked in the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and it was all clean. The garage space with the hot tub and tiki bar was such a fun added bonus. You can see the care that is taken in the space. The hot tub is user friendly and clean. Finally our host was fantastic. Very responsive to issues that come up, and was even gracious enough to recommend a few restaurants in the area. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again and will tell our friends who come through town as well!

We cannot say enough about this beautiful home! Between the spacious bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds, and gorgeous kitchen, we could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the Harry Potter closet. The host was attentive and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. We would love to stay here again.

Our group of 4 women enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Both showers are gorgeous with great shower heads. Kitchen is also gorgeous. Good gathering space on main floor. All was clean, neat and tidy. Safe neighborhood, lots of restaurant choices. Grocery store nearby. Would recommend for anyone.

Great house for the family! Lots of games to keep the kids occupied. Close to stores and restaurants.

We used the rental as a home base for a variety of activities around town and found this location to be very convenient. The high-end appliances, super comfy beds, and large towels were a nice touch, and the kiddos loved the Harry Potter nook, hanging out on the third floor, and of course the hot tub. Note - it got unusually cold while we visited and the garage was too cold to even hang out in until the last day, but we still got to enjoy the hot tub once it warmed up. We also had an issue with the locks at checkin and Alex was extremely quick to respond and provided multiple interim solutions until the issue was remedied a short time later. Great communication!

Family gathering and needed a home for 7 adults. Accommodated all and was close to local family.

This is a terrific property in an amazing location. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to stay near Columbus. The house was clean and tidy and the outside area was perfect for our family.

This was our first visit to Columbus; we couldn't have chosen a better house. It's charming with a modern kitchen and bathrooms; exceptionally clean and with all the amenities needed. It's close to grocery stores and convenient to highways and downtown. The hosts were thoughtful--providing directions and recommendations--and very responsive.

Alex was excellent with communication. He answered so many of my questions and gave me lots of information so I knew what to expect. The house was clean. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils etc. The beds were comfortable. Garage was fun- if planning to use the hot tub you need to start warming it up MANY hours before use. We didn’t realize how long it would take and didn’t get the full hot experience until the last day. The dogs next door bark on and off late at night and very early am. It wasn’t crazy loud, but it did wake me up once or twice. Nothing the home owner can do about this of course- just something to consider. Location was perfect for us to drive to the zoo and waterpark. Close enough - less than 20 mins. All in all a great stay! We had a fun weekend!
