There was plenty of space for the 6 children to run, play, explore, or stay indoors in the game room! The 8 adults enjoyed games indoors and out, and we all took a short hike. The info indicated a short hike to the lake, but the only road we saw was private and we were turned away. We had a rude awakening Christmas morning when the doorbell kept going off and then we smelled an electrical smell. The staff was very prompt and helpful. You can't plan for those things, it did not deter from our celebration!! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances! The cottage had a squeaky fan and an uncomfortable bed, but we still enjoyed having a place to gather together and enjoy the holiday. It rained of and on so the covered porch was nice. Town was about 25 minutes away... we enjoyed a movie and dinner! We would rent again! Oh, and several enjoyed the hot tub!!

The homes are incredibly well stocked with everything one could need to cook, play, and sleep. Kudos as well to whomever cleans the homes as they were impressively clean and well maintained. We loved most of all the beautiful view of the lake from both homes, the swings, the outdoor games, the plentiful seating, the spacious bathrooms, the comfortable beds and pillows, and the gorgeous cat that roams free outside and graced us with her presence. Thank you for an amazing stay filled with beautiful memories.

Between the main house and the cottage our entire family was able to stay in one place which is a rarity for us. The house was clean and well taken care of.

We never felt crowded, plenty of space to spread out. Fully stocked with supplies, towels, dishes, coffee, spices, etc and everything clearly labeled.

It was well stocked for guests, but also had the owners personal momentos. We felt like we were in a 'home', not just another rental property. We loved the patio with lots of great family activities. It was a perfect place to watch for wildlife.

Reviewer Comments: We live local but our granddaughter got married within 2 miles of this beautiful home so we thought it would nice to be closer to the venue. We rented both the main house and the cottage. The house had everything you would need for a huge family. We didn’t get to spend much time at the homes but what time we were there, we loved it. The views are stunning! The beds were so comfortable. We all slept like babies.

They were prompt at answering our phone call and addressing our concerns. The rental was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It is about 20 minutes from Paso Robles so we planned our day trips and had no problems with driving. There is a nice view from the deck out over the lake. Great place for a large group.

Plenty of space for our group to spread out, and all come together and eat or play games. The driveway was a little difficult to find. Will book again for future girls' weekends!
