Great property, everything you need is in the space. Perfect for couples looking for quiet away time to recharge.

This was the perfect place for a weekend away in the mountains. It’s cozy and also close to the grocery store and an overall convenient location. The balcony has a surreal view and the full kitchen was amazing for cooking.

Our 10 day stay was absolutely wonderful! The property itself is amazing — quiet, peaceful, and so cozy, with views that are truly out of this world. Rich and Jacy were incredible hosts — so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed (and we really did — we wanted for nothing the entire time!). It was the perfect getaway in every way. I’ll be recommending this property to anyone visiting — you won’t find a better place or better hosts! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Great location overlooking Prescott. Close enough but just far enough away. Excellent communication with the owner. Place was just as described. Would definitely stay here again.

So enjoyed the peaceful deck. Yes the driveway is a bit challenging but easy once you get the hang of it. The location was great for our day trips we took. Very clean and well equipped also. We left at 8:40 but could not give notice on site. Will keep trying.

Everything was as wonderful as described. House was really lovely and clean, the deck overlooking the valley and jacuzzi was amazing. Beautiful sunsets. Hope to return.

We LOVE this cabin! This is our 2nd stay and we’re almost afraid to rate it to make it so popular we can’t return! The location is private, high in the hills, yet so close to downtown, restaurants, the courthouse and activities, it makes it ideal. If you love city light views and star gazing like I do, you’ll love it here! We were lucky enough to see the last SpaceX rocket speed through the dark sky this last trip. It’s cozy yet comfy and has plenty of windows to enjoy the cool breezes, especially at night.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, couldn't have been better. Really enjoyed the hot tob and fantastic view off the large deck. Wow definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Prescott! The house was perfect for our needs -- 2 adults and 1 teenager. Great sized kitchen for cooking and having a laundry room available is a 'must need' for us so we can fly with just carry-ons. Great view from the back deck.

I could relax on the deck all week. Great view, hot tub, comfortable chairs. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed.Beds were cozy with soft linens. Short drive to town and hiking.Would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean house with amazing views! Plus it was pet friendly! The driveway was very very steep as the house is at the bottom of a steep hill, we had 2 cars which was very hard to fit them both. No turnaround space down by the house and had to back in and out of driveway up the steep hill the entire time, so recommend you take 1 car.

Had a wonderful get away week in this conformable, and clean home. This place was stocked with everything you need. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as described. Enjoyed local restaurants and driving by to Sedona. We did receive snow while there and the driveway is steep, so we stayed there in.

Horrible communication from EVOLVE but the owner and the homes caretaker were great! Nothing but great things to say about this place. My wife and I look forward to coming back again sometime!

This sweet little home is perched up on a view that produces unbelievable views! We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and even a meteor shower. The location allowed for plenty of wildlife sightings as well. The hot tub and fireplace were incredible. We will be visiting this property again and soon!

We loved the house & the deck with a great view! We had coffee every morning & dinner on the deck every day. Grill on the deck and hot tub easy peezy! Watched the beautiful sunset. Clear skies at night and bright stars! Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable cozy home. Driveway was challenging

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin, sited on the top of a high hill at the end of a narrow lane. The stunning views were captured via numerous windows in all areas of the home, and the full-length, very private deck offered a wonderful place to hang out, soak in the hot tub for 2, rock in the wood rockers or enjoy an al fresco meal. Located very close to town, just a short drive from restaurants and attractions. The cabin was remodeled in a great room style with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 well-appointed baths and a large laundry/utility room. Comfortable, cozy and clean!

We enjoyed our time. Enjoyed watching the deer and 2 fawns below the deck. Town is very close and weather was good. Home is clean and well appointed.
