Hot Tub House Escape – 3BR in The Villages at Special Rates

This is a great house to rent. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hosts are individuals, not a company, and they really care about their property and the people who stay there, leaving nice treats for you upon arrival, and everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay. There are 3 bedrooms plus their lanai was converted into a quasi 4th bedroom with a queen size pull out bed and full privacy curtains for the room. We didn't need that room but what a nice bonus. Super helpful hosts, communicated with me right away. It was a very easy check in/check out process and we would highly recommend choosing this rental. The location was perfect and the experience exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely cute place.. very comfortable and they had thought of everything. It was so nice to see all the personal touches, even down to leaving drinks in the Fridge. The owners were very communicative and it made checking in and out very easy. We will definitely come back again and we highly recommend this home..

It was family friendly

The home was clean and well stocked with supplies for our stay! Working with Steve was a pleasure and he was quick to respond. The house is in a nice neighborhood on a street full of friendly neighbors!

This was the second time we stayed at this home. It is wonderful! Our grandchildren love the toys and space as do we. They always leave sodas in the refrigerator and snacks on the counter, which is a gracious and nice touch. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We will surely be back again!

I don’t usually do reviews because I don’t like technology, but the owner of the property was easy to communicate with through email. I left something behind which he immediately took care of and mailed to me. Thank you for the comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay!

The best hosts ever, very responsive and great amenities.The house layout is good, easy bathroom access for my elderly father. Fortunately we found a stool for him to manage the height of the bed. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc.The location is close to three small recreation centers, El Santiago, Chula Vista and Terra del Sol; and convenient to La Hacienda and Spanish Springs.We had a nice time. I will definitely come back.

Wrong dates shown. We were there 10/10-10/12.3 bedroom home. All with beds ( no bunk beds). Due to set up in extra room, could be advertised as 4 bedrooms.Would rent again.

The property was in amazing shape & very comfortable.The host had hospitality packs in the bathrooms & in the kitchen that were so nice.The beds were very comfortable and the linens were in great shape. Stephen made the experience more than I could’ve asked for. He made my Golf reservations for me every day. Got my resident. IDs and guest passes for me ready on the table when I checked in and was very responsive to every question I had. Best host yet on VRBO

Four of us came in for a short visit with family. This home was perfect for our needs. Super clean. Very organized. Plenty of space. Good communication with owners. Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate and the outside music events were canceled. We did get to play Pickleball with a great group of people from Michigan. The unit was comfortable to spend the chilly days inside catching a movie or two!

Conveniently located and plenty of sleeping options. Hosts added lots of nice touches like complimentary toiletries, light snacks and drinks and the passes needed to use the amenities in the Villages. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
