Stayed Dec 23, 2025It was not as advertised. Grass was tall and made it difficult to walk thru to get to house carrying our luggage; Firepit had no bottom, could not have a fire; The blinds on the kitchen windows fell on top of husband's hands and bruised it (the blinds were not secured), the house was not cleaned before we got there, the floors had food scraps under the dining room table; the dining chairs are unstable; back patio furniture was not safe to sit in; bbq grill was rusted; found tree frog in coffee pot; coffee pot was leaking; we have communicated this to Evolve and to the owner; nothing about this place was a vacation We left the day (26th) before checkout (27th)! It was not worth the money we paid. Never again.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Way better than we expected. Everything was clean, Internet fast, and backward was hear for dog because the fence has no gaps, so you don't have to worry about them.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022My first time using vrbo and won’t be my last! Beautiful home, interior is very clean and modern, outside had a nice grille and fire pit. Only about a 5 minute drive from Rockport Beach.
