Well appointed home with all the amenities. Great for a big group, we traveled with 6 couples and dining and family rooms were perfect for our gatherings.. meals and games. Loved it!!!

Ton of room, lot of great spaces.

The property was great! My nephew was inspired to create a Clue game based on the billiards room. There are plenty of spaces to sleep, to congregate, and to sit down to eat. My mother was able to get around using a walker without a problem. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a crowd. Maybe bring your own chef knife, because the knives are a bit dull, but other than that little thing, the house was GREAT!

Each winter my family does a Winter Weekend in North Conway. There where approximately 20 of us this year and the K-Lodge was a perfect fit for our large group. With 9 bedrooms and 4.5 baths everyone was comfortable. I was told by the property manager that the kitchen had recently been remodeled. They did a great job and the double oven and oversized range allowed us to put together some great meals for our crew. The house was clean, well appointed and ready to go. The kids loved the pool table room and some of them relaxed at the end of the day in the hot tub. It is a 5 minute drive to Cranmore and the outlet stores are a short ride, as well. Everyone had a great time and I'm already getting requests from my family for a repeat stay at K-Lodge next year! You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I wanted to have our 4 children spouses and grandkids together in a large house with ample sleeping and close to a variety of activities! This was perfect

Wonderful home, everything was as described. Great location, our group of kids and parents all enjoyed it and had space to themselves, plus being in the center of so many local attractions meant we were never bored! Would definitely stay again.

We had an overall good stay at KLodge. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space, making it ideal for a family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the backyard provided a nice area for the kids to run around. However, there were a few downsides. On a hot and humid weekend with temperatures in the 90s, two of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and it made those rooms uncomfortable, especially for the kids. It’s something we would have liked to know in advance. Additionally, the presence of outdoor cameras made some of us uncomfortable, especially with children playing in the yard. It wasn’t clear whether they were recording, so more transparency on their use would have been helpful. We also found that the cleaning expectations upon checkout were quite demanding, especially when trying to get a large group out the door by 11 a.m. with the threat of fees. It was a bit stressful to manage that on top of everything else. Lastly, paying extra fees for towels and sheets was unexpected and unusual, as this is typically included in most rentals we've stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with more clarity on these points and fewer extra fees, it could have been a much smoother experience.

This home has the most well equipped and spacious kitchen. Everything we needed ! There are so many different gathering areas which our teens appreciated. Clean and updated overall. We were 22 ages 2 to 72. The entry stairs were uneven and a bit much for the older family members. We just took our time. Location could not be better, close to stores and attractions. Great communication with landlord and quick response when we had a minor problem. Overall we loved it, has a great time! Thank you!

This property was absolutely beautiful, cozy and super clean. We loved everything above it! Highly recommend it, worth every penny.
