Fantastic rental. Spacious, clean, and very beautiful. Very convenient location. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Communications were very clear and timely. Highly recommended this host and rental.

From the moment we booked our stay until we checked out I was so pleased and so impressed with my experience. The communication was fantastic. The house was beautiful and the location was beyond perfect! If you are a foodie or love a cocktail or a coffee snob...you are in luck! There are amazing restaurants, bars and coffee houses within 2 blocks! I highly recommend this cozy home!

The property was lovely accommodations were exceptional. unit was updated. Mattresses were fabulous and it was exceptionally clean when we got there.The unit had everything we neededWe really like the little patio outbackLocation was terrific. Everything was perfect. Great to have off street parking. Place was located in the perfect spot for walking distance to bars , restaurants, and shopping. We will stay again when we return. Karl

Fantastic spot. Great location, super clean and spacious. Outdoor seating area and private parking was a plus. Amazing amount of walkable food and drink spots. Would recommend, would stay again.

Great location, clean updated property had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The outdoor patio was a bonus! Great place for a glass of wine in the evening or your coffee in the morning. We frequent Charleston and we would love to come back to this property.

This was the perfect spot for us in Charleston! Very comfortable living spaces for two couples. The beds were super comfy, which is always a plus. Walkable or short drive to everything we wanted to see. Loved our morning walks to Bad Bunnies for coffee and croissants. We even scored a table at the delicious Chubby Fish, right up the street! Thank you Tom and Hannah for sharing your place with us!

Kitchen was well-equipped, housekeeping was impeccable, great location

Property was very nice and updated , only con was that the walls share with the other two apartments and you can hear the other renters

We had such a great time on our girls trip! This rental is perfect set up, walking distance to all, and spacious!

We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the interior of the apartment upon arrival and throughout our stay. Also, the furniture and decor were well appointed in every room. We truly had everything we needed for a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Just a wonderful spot.

I would highly recommend this property to others,especially adults and families with children around the school age. For safety reasons,I would be concerned for seniors who have difficulty on stairs and younger children who could fall. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. It was a great experience overall! The house was great and as described. It was near all of the shops and restaurants. Having a parking spot was a plus. We would definitely return again.

We loved staying here while visiting with friends and family in Charleston. The property is fully renovated, while retaining its historical architectural charm, with modern, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and tasteful and functional furnishings throughout. Upstairs bedroom suite in particular is delightful. Outdoor courtyard is well-furnished and inviting, and off-street parking for 2 cars is a great feature in this location. We walked everywhere during our stay. Hosts Tom and Hannah were wonderful - very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

The unit is as pretty in person as it is in pictures. Very clean and had everything you needed to start your stay. Sitting area outside is adorable but we were unable to use it due to weather but we would have utilized it a lot if the weather was better. Beds are comfortable. The unit actually feels a lot bigger than it is due to the layout. Would definitely rent again,

We took an impromptu trip and stayed at a number of different spots in the Charleston area, ultimately I wish we had just stayed at Tom and Hannah’s place the entire time. It was clean, comfortable, stylish, and located in cool area. Walking distance to whatever you want to see in historic Charleston and there is parking for two cars which is great. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again next time we come back!

We absolutely loved staying here on a family fall break trip. The location close to King St was ideal and the property itself was lovely and comfortable. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed—we’ve stayed in tons of vrbos and most are not this well stocked. The hosts provided a super helpful guide to the area and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful 2 bedroom VRBO was a great find. It was in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to King Street shopping/dining/bars, City Market, live music venues and more. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
