We liked the location of this house being close to other things we like to do when we’re not sitting on the beach. The view from the upper deck is spectacular. And the host is easy to communicate with.

This beach house worked out perfect for our family get together! It was exactly how the pictures showed it. The view was amazing and everyone enjoyed sitting on the top deck to watch the ocean. Having the linens and bath towels & beach towels provided was a big help. It had a fully stocked kitchen and a big bonus for us was having a second refrigerator. It had plenty of beach chairs and beach toys too. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions and were very helpful. We all enjoyed our Topsail vacation!

Perfect for our two families to have a beautiful trip together. The house has a great layout and an amazing view with the beach outside about every window. We loved sitting outside on the back deck and walking steps to be on the beach. Beach toys, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels were a nice touch. We had everything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful and always responded promptly.

We found this amazing house to be in the perfect location south of the pier. The beach was not crowded around us which made for easy beach days. The house is better in person and was filled with anything you would need to enjoy your stay! I will highly recommend this house to any friends visiting the area. Thank you to the hosts for sharing your amazing home with us.

The house is great, clean and very well appointed with everything needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the snow storm. We completed a couple of their puzzles. Very relaxing getaway for my husband’s birthday!

Loved the balconies and views! Enjoyed the hot tub! Great location - the Surf City area feels like home. Local fresh fish market, great lobster roll place, fishing pier, several local restaurants and coffee places Publix grocery store nearby. House was on elevated area of island which was great as there was a lot of wind and rain during our stay (flooding was not an issue).

Place was clean and right on the beach. It is a little dated but well equipped, the host were very responsive and I would stay there again.

Great house! Perfect for our family of 4 & dog. With 5 spacious bedrooms the house easily could have accommodated another full family. Lots of space and every amenity you could possibly need. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the hot tub was very nice…The location is well in range of all the best restaurants (and of course door dash). We would 100% stay again. Thank you!

House was very clean, furniture and beds were super comfortable (for travelers of all shapes and sizes!), kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and beachfront location was perfect! Communication from hosts was perfect. There were loads of beach towels, a really nice washer and dryer, super comfortable and sturdy porch furniture, grilling supplies, and lots of beach chairs. Even though we didn’t use them, there is a ton of stuff for small kids—a permanent baby gate at the top of the stairs (where the living area is), a high chair, a pack n play etc.

Comfortable home with easy access to beach. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for adults and children.

Wonderful views and location.

The house was perfect for a family. There was plenty of space indoors and out. The hot tub was a plus as were the spacious decks overlooking the ocean. The huge washer and dryer were convenient also. My daughter had a great time playing the piano one evening during a rainy stormy night. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

Great layout, plenty of sofas and chairs and a large dining area for our family meals. Christine was very responsive to our requests for extra supplies needed for our group of twelve-thank you! Love the ocean view from the new deck. We also appreciated the gates at the tops of the steps since we had some little ones.

My family stayed here for Mother's day weekend. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is perfect if you like to see the sunrise from the front deck. Private beach access was a huge plus. Only minutes from the restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

I gathered my family for a reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone! Right on the beach. Plenty of things to do if you get tired of those gorgeous views. One day was super windy but we took to the hot tub….no views lost! Thank you for my precious memories. Priceless.

The house is fantastic with a large living space and plenty of seating areas. The house was well stocked with towels and our stay was great. Looking forward to booking with the host again. 5 STARS book without hesitation. Mike

My husband and I just needed a quick get away and we chose this house because we could have a beach view and a hot tub. It was nice, wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Enjoyed our stay. We did have to purchase our own TP/papertowels on day 2 as there was not enough provided for a family of 10 for 6 days.
