The Space:

You’ll follow Alice down the rabbit hole and enter a topsy-turvy world of adventure, intrigue and impossible things at Denver’s ONLY Alice in Wonderland experience. Each room has a unique experience and design, providing a special experience for each guest.



At night, you’ll tuck in to a 12-inch cooling gel memory foam mattress, professionally cleaned linens with duvet, and two oversized luxury gel pillows. We provide 2 king mattresses, one queen, and one twin trundle bed with two twin mattresses. For longer stays, there are multiple large closets with shelves and an onsite washer and dryer. The home comfortably accommodates 8 guests, families are welcome. We also include white noise machines in every bedroom.



When you stay here, you'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and more. The home comes equipped with a water softener and reverse osmosis for unlimited purified water on tap! The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood tucked away in the southwest corner of Littleton. You'll be surrounded by hiking trails, wild life, and nature. You may see deer, bear, and other wildlife in the area.



Getting Around:

You'll need a car to get around to any major stores. There's a grocery store, gas station, and restaurants within a 20 min walk or 5 mins by car.

Our neighbor comes by on Tuesday mornings to open the garage and roll the trash can out for pickup.



We include white noise machines in all the bedrooms so you can get a peaceful night sleep.



Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, we do not offer hot tub or patio use between the hours of 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM.

Please be respectful of our neighbors - outdoor noise travels easily in this area.

In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.



We offer two propane refill options:



Propane Refill Service (By Request / Approval – Additional Fee)

Guests can request a propane delivery and installation for a fee. This service is not guaranteed and is best if arranged in advance.



Self-Refill (Reimbursement Available)

Guests may refill propane themselves. We will reimburse up to $30 per full tank per appliance with a valid receipt.
