Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in Town.

This condo was very well located. Getting to the actual location of the condo was bit confusing with the stairs and elevators. Communication from the host was great. The pool and hot tub was clean. The other guest were kind and and even though it was Spring break it wasn't overly crowed .

Great condo right off the Cole river plenty of places to picnic and barbecue and get it in out of the river. Also has a swimming pool and a hot tub. Can’t be beat. Best spot in town.

Everything was great! Right next to the comel river, with grills outside. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Great communication with host. Great location. Well-worn apartment. High/major spots were clean (sinks/appliances/linens/beds). Cabinet doors, floors, corners were a little crusty. No washer/dryer in unit. It could be clarified that coin operated washer/dryers are available within the complex.

Clean, roomy, quiet, well stocked kitchen, excellent location. Top notch place.

This is a good choice for travelers on a budget. The owner is very helpful, and access insructions were easy to follow. The property has covered parking and an elevator. For travelers interested in tubing, the location is ideal.

This is the most amazing property on the Comal in my opinion. We loved that this condo was pet-friendly, has amazing AC, and all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay on the river.

We enjoyed our stay and the Comal River feels great in the heat of summer. It's about a 10 minute walk to New Braunfels town square. It's maybe a 30-40 minute float down to the tube chute, with about a 10 minute walk back to the condo.Some minor detractors; however, I want to mention them, in case it affects your decision making in selecting this place to stay...there are stairs down to the river; however, they don't actually go in to the river. This isn't much of a problem for most people; but, you have to climb up a couple rungs, on an adjacent ladder, to get out on to the stairs. My 65 year old wife wouldn't be able to negotiate entrance to the river. My golden retriever, could jump in; but, he couldn't get out without additional help being lifted out. The river isn't very deep; however, it is deep enough that it's difficult to stand and assist him on to the landing of the stairs. We devised a system and he had a blast! The pool is relatively small and was crowded at times. My 11y.o. nephew had a great time at the pool and river. The grounds weren't crowded. There isn't much of a view from the condo; mostly parking lot; so, if you are looking for a room with a view, I can't give it a high rating. Never-the-less, coming to the Comal River, isn't about sitting inside...so this met most of our needs. Owner checked in with us, to make sure we were doing ok. Plenty of nice BBQ pits, trees and grass. Overall, this is a solid choice for enjoying New Braunfels and the Comal.

Incredible location and property! The condo itself could use some updating and a more thorough cleaning, there was a lot of dust in the vents and the floors/baseboards. The door lock was a bit complicated but it worked overall. If you’re looking for location and don’t plan to stay inside a lot, I’d recommend this place!

Perfect spot on the Comal River! Easy access to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. The condo was clean and had all the basic necessities. We enjoyed meeting other families and couples at the pool and most said they had been coming back here for years. The onsite bbq pits and picnic tables were a nice bonus.

Perfect for weekend stay to spend time with family floating the river. Everything we needed was right there & with security on property we felt safe

My Fiancé and I stayed for the Father’s Day weekend, and enjoyed it! Had all the things we needed to cook dinner, and feel at home. Lyle was very informative and accommodating. We will be back for sure!!

It was a nice week stay on the river with a nice desk to work from home on. Nothing better than clocking out and relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend & comfy beds!

We had a great weekend stay! The property was extremely clean and conveniently located to downtown New Braunfels. The host reached out early with all needed information and again upon arrival to ensure everything was ok. The only thing that we were slightly bummed about was related to the lukewarm water in the hot tub but that was out of our host’s control. Pretty sure this is not usually an issue in Texas, but it happened to be cold this weekend. Overall, great experience and we are already planning our next trip back this summer!

Great location and close to everything. It's an older complex but kept up well. Direct river access. Evening shade on balcony. Lyle was great and responds quickly. Great trip!!

This condo is in a great location. Super close to downtown but still on the river. You can walk to Texas Tubes (just on the other side of the fence) and be floating in 5 minutes. It is also has access to bring your own tubes and get in the river at the property. We didn't get around to using the pool this trip but it looked fun. Gruene was a $15 ride share away if you decide not to drive. The condo itself is exactly as shown. It is not fancy but gets the job done. Everything was in working order, clean and comfortable. Lyle was super comunicative and made sure we had no trouble checking in. Check out procedures were not arduous and quick. We hope to get the chance to stay here again.
