High up in the Rendezvous neighborhood sits Rendezvous Wildflower, a rare three-bedroom, three and a half bathroom townhome perfect for escaping everyday life and retreating into the mountains.

Everything you need for a great stay in the mountains of Winter Park is right here. The charming professional decor gives this townhome a fresh feel and modern mountain vibes. The leather sectional in the living room beckons you to drop in and enjoy the fire and flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to keep family and friends fed and satisfied. The dining area seats up to eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Step out onto the private deck for fresh air, sweeping views, and use of the private gas grill. The upper level Primary suite boasts a King bed and en suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower.

The lower level is set up with a family room with plush leather couches, flat screen TV, and access to the private hot tub on the patio. The Lower level features a Queen Suite with attached ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and a bunk room with one set of Twin/Twin bunk beds and an extra Twin bed. There is also an additional Queen sleeper sofa for overflow sleeping.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen Suite, and one set of Twin/Twin bunks and a stand alone Twin bed in the bunk room. Plus, an additional Queen sleeper sofa for overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to 9 guests.

    Property was exactly as listed and management company cooperated with us to get our check in done a little early. This home is well equipped and the location is wonderful with a very quiet back deck with trees/privacy. Mgmt company regularly checked in with us as well which was very nice--definitely recommend!

    Thank you for the most wonderful week in Winter Park - this is a very well laid out floor plan for our teens/adult children and their friends to hang out in comfortable spaces. The hot tub is perfect way to end the day. A well stocked kitchen for a high protien breakfast and comfort dinners. We enjoyed all of the birds and chipmunks through the gorgeous windows! We will be back!

    Our stay was short, but the amenities were plentiful! We had two young children and a baby with us, and it was nice to have two spaces to spread out, with the family room in the basement and also on the main floor. The kids enjoys some of the games on hand and the hot tub was great for the cool evenings! Thank you for your hospitality!

    We've stayed in dozens of rental properties all over Colorado and this is one of our favorites ever! Super-fast wifi, comfy beds, nicer furnishings, extra blankets, towels, humidifiers, space heaters--they have thought of everything. The big garage was wonderful to unpack gear in and still have room for our SUV each night. The views are gorgeous--especially from the large hot tub. Truly, a 5-star place and a 5-star property management team.

    Every year we go to winter we park for an invest in kids fund raiser. Last couple of years we have booked a condo through Winter Park Lodging. The units have been clean and comfortable. If I have a problem, the hot tub water was very low, they take care of it as quick as possible. The service person was friendly and not only filled the tub but cleaned all the filters and checked the ph a couple of times to make sure it was ready to use.

    We have been taking an annual family ski trip for 23 years. Most of those years has been renting homes by owners. We've experienced some beautiful properties, and on rare occasion, some duds. This Wildfower property was beautiful. A newer home, so things were in great condition. The house was immaculate upon arrival. Don't know if it was by design, or left by previous renter, but there was instant pancake mix in the pantry. We arrived close to midnight, so this was a bonus to start our day since supermarkets were closed. There was coffee and small creamers as well. These little things are game changers, though not deal breakers to traveling families. The view from the back windows was awesome. Towels provided specifically for the hot tub was great. Lots of bathrooms for larger groups as well. A double garage to keep our vehicle out of the snow was also another plus. Had one small issue with a battery needing replacement in a fire alarm. Called the management company, and they had Collin out to the house to replace it within an hour. Everything about this property was A+. Would rent it again in a heart beat!

    I have so many good things to say about our stay I don't know where to start! If you don't feel like reading just scroll to my short one line review at the end. LOL! I'll try and summarize the best I can... First of all, the property was beautiful, clean and extremely well looked after. We all felt comfortable the second we walked through the door. As far as space is concerned, our family of four had TONS of room and found that there were rooms and space we didn't even end up needing. The kitchen and utilities were well stocked, even including little touches like walking sticks outside the door, mountain bikes in the garage and little things like plastic bags in the pantry closet. The staff was always super friendly and accessible at all times through a phone call or text. Special thanks to Alex and Margaret for facilitating some important things for us! ;) The area is beautiful and higher up at the back of the whole neighborhood and provides some nice views of the mountains out on the deck. We enjoyed sitting there with our coffee in the morning watching the hummingbirds come and go from the feeder there. One night we got a visit from two Mule Deer bucks who were passing through at dusk and we always enjoyed the funny little Colorado Chipmunks and Golden-mantled Ground Squirrels that were around. The hot tub was always a nice relaxing end to days that were filled with hiking and we took advantage of that often! Lastly, the location is a great home base to drive to Grand Lake, Granby, even into Denver. A little further for Rocky Mountain National Park and places like Colorado Springs, but we didn't mind driving anywhere in the area because the views were outstanding. The town of Winter Park is awesome and we found a grocery store very close in Fraser and would recommend Moon Frog Coffee anytime of the day and Carver's Bakery Cafe for breakfast! We enjoyed our stay so much and are already trying to plan a way to come back again. Thank you again to the staff, you were consistently friendly and helpful and we hope to see you again. In short...book here now! Awesome place run by friendly and helpful people! Four stars from me and my family. When can we go back?!?
