The house was clean and well maintained. It is across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay at this very comfortable home. Our second time staying at this house. It is so comfortable and close to the beach. We rode bikes, walked the dogs on the beach, shopped in Morro Bay and Cayucos, played ping pong in the garage and had an overall grate time. The house is very well appointed and clean. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub is perfect. We will probably be coming back to this house in the future.

The property was just as advertised. It was a wonderful location, steps from the beach. The home is beautiful, all the details for making guests comfortable are attended to.

Check in was easy and host was communicative. Place was clean and felt at home. The backyard was beautiful and pup loved running around. All the amenities you could ask for.The stay was just what we were looking for, cool weather, close to the beach, dog beach and great food within 5 minutes.

Property is very well maintained. The manger Lisa, easy to communicate with and frequently stayed in touch to make sure everything was satisfactory.

This was our second time staying at Lisa’s property. It’s the perfect spot for our family to stay while we visit our son at college. Plus it’s dog friendly and our pup loves the nearby dog beach in Cayucos. The yard is gorgeous, the hot tub is a bonus, and the house is well equipped. Checkin is very easy with a keypad on the door, and Lisa was very easy to work with. We’ll be back for sure!

Everything about this place is perfect. Super clean. Even though pets are allowed you wouldn’t know. Very fresh smelling. House has ample cooking and kitchen tools. Amazing backyard oasis and steps to the beach. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Quiet. Lisa is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Lisa was a wonderful host. The location was great for the beach and could walk to Spencers market. House was very well appointed and relaxing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We came to visit friends in Cambria and were looking for a one level home with a nice outdoor area for our dogs. This was perfect! The house is beautiful, the owner communicates well and the yard is fantastic! We spent all our time hanging out in the backyard. There are nice walking laths through the park and jt is close to the beach. The beach right at the house doesnt allow dogs but the ere is another one just a short walk away that does. The house was well equipped and we loved our stay!

The owner/manage, Lisa, was Fabulous. She was extremely responsive, always positive, and exceeded all expectations. The house was great, and the backyard was nice advantage since it’s completely fenced and contained even our smaller dogs. The house was very clean, the beds were great. The kitchen was well appointed, and the bathrooms had great showers with ample very hot water

Everything was perfect. Lovely home, beautiful landscaping in a very spacious backyard, perfect for chasing butterflies. All of this and.a great view of the ocean in one of the best neighborhoods of Morro Bay. Everything needed for a fun vacation was here. We will definitely return!

This is our second time to stay at this wonderful vacation home. Lisa is the best host. The home is so comfortable, fully stocked, and very comfortable beds. It has a beautiful back yard with a hot tub. With in walking distance of a beautiful beach, walking path, and park. Great location to restaurants, and grocery stores. We will stay here again. I knew we were in for a treat when we found this place. And we were not disappointed. Across the street from the ocean? Close to the (dog) park? And in a walkable neighborhood? Yes, please! And to my utter delight, a previous guest left some Major Dickenson's. Google it if don't know. And treat yourself! Working with Lisa was seemless. She was both responsive and friendly. And most importantly, when we checked out, she was able to squeeze us into another property within the same neighborhood. The doggies needed another day at the beach. But seriously, that was above and beyond.

Myself and my family cannot say enough about this beautiful home, the location, amenities, backyard space, not to mention the owner being on top of EVERYTHING! Excellent communication and what is online is what you get!. We all relaxed and had the best time! The perfect location for walking to the beach and walking path for all of us. We all enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Can't wait to schedule another getaway to this amazing place!
