Yes, Russell Property Management staff I dealt with were awesome. I dealt with Miss Judy & her supervisor Miss Marianna and they were so pleasant and personable, they took care of all my needs and fixed all my problems. They are rockstars with Russell Co., and I plan to try out other properties they manage. These folks are terrific.

Perfect home for our 6-day family stay! Flew in, rented a minivan easy in/out—driveway made loading easy. Pool was spotless, kitchen well-stocked, grocery store 3 min away, plus shops and restaurants nearby.Beach setup was seamless—our chairs were ready on arrival we called ahead and left a VM. Semi-private feel, never crowded, and the boardwalk wash station kept sand out of the house. Bring your own beach towels (none provided). We left floats, sand toys, and nets for the next guests.Beds were comfy, laundry upstairs was convenient, and our kids loved sharing a room.Highlights: Crab Island charter with Destin Pontoon (captain, first mate, bathroom—worth it!), ghost crab hunting at night (keep them in sand, not water), pirate cruise, Sandestin fireworks, fun park, church on Sunday at the beach service location The Crab Trap.Favorites: Pompano Joe’s, East Pass, Saigon Spice, The Back Porch (perfect last-night dinner).Truly a memorable stay—couldn’t have been better!

The property had a few issues such as a very tight driveway. Removing scrubs would make it a little easier to get in and out of vehicle. Pool gate wouldn’t close, hot water took a long time in master and there were several dead and alive cockroaches. We didn't let these things ruin our stay. Management was very responsive. Thanks for having us!

Be prepared to move your family around like a strategic puzzle piece to get everyone out because only one door is opening at a time. Move fast & you can load them up in the front of the house. Something that needs to be noted in the email is when the pool people will show up. Our kids could have potentially been swimming after the company dumped chemicals in the pool without notice. Pool water is very low too. The light switch up by the front door needs an electrician. It gets hot to the touch telling me there must be a short somewhere. Would hate to see a fire catch.

The 2 chairs and umbrella were a wonderful perk. Plenty of space and had all the cooking stuff we needed. A previous guest complained about the master shower taking forever to get warm and we had the same experience but I would just start it and do a few things while it was getting warm.

The kids loved the private pool and the front porch was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The master bedroom and bath is very spacious.
