Plenty of room to spread out. Great location! Close to town Cranmore and walk to town!

The house is older but in a great location. We had some issues with ladybugs and spiders Ian the house, but it was manageable. Great for 2 families with toddlers!

Nicely equipped in-town rental. Loved the location and the huge back yard!

We enjoyed the house and it was in a perfect location. A very short walk to downtown with restaurants and stores. Our host was always available for any questions we may have which was very helpful. I would stay here again.

It was a wonderful time with friends. The house is in great location close to shops and restaurants and the skie slopes Owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions. The house is large enough for family gatherings and very clean throughout. Definitely would stay there again

New Year’s Trip

Furniture was old. No one wanted to sit on the couch very nasty. Mattress were old and saggy. Outside wasn’t clean. The pictures must of been taken 10 years ago. Would like a refund. First time Vrbo has let us down. This property should be a two star!!

Weekend trip with family - 13 of us. We enjoyed it. very big back yard house was plenty big and walking distance to town

Our family had a great time in North Conway. I do wish the stairs were a little more manageable and the bathrooms bigger but otherwise all was great. The backyard is wonderful.

This was our second year staying at this property and it was perfect for our golf trip. You can walk everywhere from this location. Perfect spot!

This house was in a great location! The huge yard was wonderful for our dog and the kids loved the games. The beds could use an update but overall we had a great stay.

Fair overall. Great location to downtown. Large nice private backyard. However kitchen felt dirty, grease on appliances for example. Bathroom had spider and nest. Some guests said bedding smelled dirty. Strange smell on porch. One upstairs TV did not work and missing batteries in remotes. Requests for chores including towels and bedding washed.

Kerri (manager) was communicative and helpful. Location is wonderful, and there is a great big back yard and large kitchen. So much potential in this very old house! That being said, there were many things lacking with this property. It is summer and the screened in porch windows are in bad shape and couldn't be opened. The king bed literally shakes and creakes when you move your leg, making you feel as if it is going to break - and the large bedframe sticks out 3 inches but was covered with the comforter so multiple people injured themselves hitting it as it's close to the wall... Bathrooms and showers are so small an average person barely fits, let alone a plus sized person. There are no shelves for soap etc. The tub doesnt work. The stairs are dangerous for kids and elderly individuals. MUCH of the furniture was broken - no lamps were plugged in and no plugs near to plug them in (some were even broken). The house seemed a bit dirty with dog hair many places, and old rugs. The large backyard wasn't mowed and in places grass was over a foot high, making it unusable with small kids - a main reason we booked. Trash is super small for a space that holds 13... And the large cleaning fee when you have to do the laundry, strip beds, take out all trash etc seems unrealistic. Overall, again, great potential, great location, and great space if needing a large house. Needs some love, cleaning and updates to truly be worth it and feel like a vacation/retreat in this area.
