It is rented to college students during the school year, Oven didn’t work toilet kept running. Neighbors were very friendly.I paid top dollar because my granddaughter will be attending URI in September and her brother wanted to check out the area. Paid a fortune but live n learn the owner was not very helpful..we left 5 days early. Plus you pay a fee to VRBO. Never again.

This property is not on the water. The listing makes it look like it was. I was disappointed in this.
