Stayed Aug 3, 2025It is rented to college students during the school year, Oven didn’t work toilet kept running. Neighbors were very friendly.I paid top dollar because my granddaughter will be attending URI in September and her brother wanted to check out the area. Paid a fortune but live n learn the owner was not very helpful..we left 5 days early. Plus you pay a fee to VRBO. Never again.
