Home on Ocean Isle Beach w/ Catwalk & Deck

Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this house. Upon entering, the smell of mildew is overwhelming then you come upon the buckling paneled walls in nearly every room. The grate that covers the air filter was covered in dust and if you have the strength to wrestle the windows open, there aren’t any screens. Speaking of windows - the one bedroom window of the back porch that actually opens can easily be opened by anyone standing on the back porch. We left after being in home for just o er 12 hours due to air quality yet are only being given a partial refund and are still be required to pay a full cleaning fee

Charming house, right on the beach. Fully equipped with whatever you need in the kitchen. Loved both porches. Would definitely stay there again.

We took our whole family down for the Fourth of July week and had a blast!! Would love to stay there again, just not sure it fits our family as it grows. Hopefully we can get a few more years in.

We were so excited about our first ever house on the beach and it did not disappoint. Super easy access to the beach and the house was great! Very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was with the doors, the lock in the front of house was sticky but we got in and the keypad on the back did not work at all. But we managed through out the week with little issues. Also wish there was a grill but it was just m, my boyfriend and his son so not a big issues either. We will definitely come back!

very dated maybe add a couple bigger coffee mugs no washer dryer otherwise bed comfortable furnature nice response of property manager and his team fabulous with the AC off

The property was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the deck and seating on the catwalk.

Location was excellent. Did not find the beds to be very comfortable. When checked in , only provided with 2 towels. Had to ask for more. Access to beach couldn't have been better. Back porch was a favorite place to relax.

This is a simple beach house, the kind we grew up going to for our family vacations. It’s the basics: clean, comfortable and all we needed for a pleasant stay. Beach front is great. We’d stay again, especially this time of year.

This house was a perfect, casual getaway that we would definitely rent again. It was a beautiful location with miles of beach to walk in either direction. Sunrise and sunset were enjoyable and the deck was perfect for relaxing. We needed a couple of things during our stay and the property manager responded quickly.

Lovely beach cottage in the perfect location! It’s older and could use a few repairs but the location makes up for it. Property manager was very helpful and responded to our call immediately. Kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely rent again.

Great location and perfect for my dog. Loved the cat walk with all the gates. House is older but clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds comfortable. Good water pressure in shower. Will definitely stay again.
