Ton of space, we had 7 people and it did not feel remotely crowded. AC made it comfortable in hot temps, but wish the pool had been heated or hot tub could have been used this time of year. A few minor inconveniences (ice maker wasn’t working, road had a ton of major potholes) but overall mostly clean and good for gathering. Kitchen had almost everything we needed!

The house is very close to the neighborhood and church I attended as a child and worked well for my wife and I to host our adult children in a tough time.

These house was everything we dreamed of for our family gathering. The layout of the living space was perfect for food fun and celebration festivities with the family. We are and played games as well as music with the beautiful piano that brought a whole nother level of love to the home. Sharing meals, stories and laughter was the most precious thing as well as a spectacular view of the lake Champlain with NY mountain view. The games of air hockey brought much belly laughter that was joyous to hear. I enjoyed my mother's Day morning soaking in the hot tub followed by a beautiful brunch with fresh produce and home made strawberry compote from my daughter's farm and fresh local breadswith the family thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us to celebrate my son's graduation from Champlain college and the most unforgettable memories of the perfect mother's Day weekend. We are truly grateful for being able to all gather together in the warmth of this beautiful home we all thank you and will truly talk about this for many years to come.

Moonlight on the lake and stars in the sky. Quiet morning coffee and peaceful cool nights. Snow on Mt. Mansfield and red leaves kissed by the slant of October sunlight. Air hockey fun with the kids and loads of sweet memories.

The listing promised a pool, which was a major selling point for my family and me. However, what we found upon arrival was a pool filled with slimy, stagnant water, rendering it completely unusable. The back porch was dirty and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the outdoor area was disappointing and fell far short of the expectations set by the listing. The misleading information about the pool and the unkempt backyard significantly impacted our enjoyment of the stay. The house itself could have been cleaner, there were cobwebs on almost every window! I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed. I should have read the reviews before we decided to book this house! The weekend before our stay had the same problems. There is a reason why the there is no pictures of the pool! Also, the management company is not responsive and unwilling to help.

Soaring ceilings, windows everywhere, and fun, quirky decor play on every floor of this inspiring architectural wonder of a house. Themes of travel, music, and rainbows lead the eye along every angle. The kitchen is beautiful, the stone basin in the downstairs powder room is unique (kinda makes me feel like the Flintstones), and the beds are soooo comfortable. It's a quick trip to Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory and a sweet drive to the Trapp Family Farm and the village of Stowe. A wonderful house to come home to after a lake cruise, a tour of Montpelier's museums and restaurants, or a day trip to the Vermont Country Store in Weston. Too tired for air hockey? Never!

The house was “clean” but lots of spiders and webs. I don’t know why they state anything about a pool because it’s like a pond and unusable. The deck is full of algae therefore we never went out back. The neighborhood is quiet and a great location t

House listing was not completely accurate. Said the pool would be available after Memorial Day and I booked the weekend after and the pool was completely black. Also the grass wasn’t cut at all and just looked terrible. Location and amenities were decent but communication, accuracy of the what was included and cleanliness needs some work.

This was a very convenient location to have beautiful lake views and a quick drive to Burlington. Only complaint is conflicting info about whether or not pets were welcome. Online listing said no but when we arrived a sign said pets were welcome so that was frustrating as we had to arrange care for our pets while we were away. Since we spent a good deal of our time at the home we would’ve really appreciated being able to bring our dog.
