Stayed Apr 11, 2025We had a very nice stay in Lakeview. The house was clean and nicely decorated and everything worked as it should. Communication was excellent as well. Being out of season, it was very quiet which we appreciated but there were shops and restaurants nearby so we never went without.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025This was our second stay at Home of the Brave. This house is nicely laid out, comfortable and so clean. It has everything you need to enjoy a short stay on Indian Lake. The hosts were great with timely communications. Should we have need to stay in the area again, we would definitely hope this rental was available.

Stayed Sep 20, 2025The property was nice, clean and it was comfortable for our needs. The beds were good. The foosball table was fun for the kiddo.Nice back yard area with fire pit. Item of note, you may want to bring more towels if you have a large group. They were only 4 provided.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025The house was very clean and tidy. Enjoyed the open common area. Nice outdoor space with corn hole and a fire pit available. Foosball, magnetic darts and board games available if the weather doesn't cooperate. It's at the end of the street so no traffic.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Home of the Brave was a cute home. Very nice place to stay.The only thing I wish we had was a washer and dryer in the home. We didnt realize that listed in the ammmentities said local laundromat and that meant no laundry in the home.The location was a close walk to the marina but not a place that you can enjoy the lake without driving.Overall we had a very nice time.

The property is clean and well maintained. We love the big island in the kitchen for doing puzzles! We look forward to staying here again!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The home was wonderful. Clean, neat and directions clearly stated to find and operate everything. It is located at the end of the street which makes it far enough away for the hustle and bustle but close enough that we walked to the lake everyday within 5 min. We went to out to see the sites and to have dinner on the lake. We would stay again in a heart beat.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024This is a very nice home with plenty of extras for families. We only stayed one night and couldn’t take advantage of all it had to offer. Clean, comfy and cozy. The hosts respond quickly and were kind enough to accommodate our request of an earlier check-in. Great location and would stay again.
