Home located close to Downtown

When we arrived there was no heat. We let host know and they sent a service tech. The tech was unable to get the heat fixed that night so we requested to cancel. The host only partially refunded our stay. Would not recommend.

Perfectly located between campus and downtown (walking distance to both). Also, a surprisingly peaceful location, hidden in an alley/parking lot to an old school little motel. Not at all expected! A pleasent surprise.

It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were soft. Tracy was awesome on communicating. Wish there was a little better parking for a trailer and truck but other then that, it was great

Clean, easily accessible and close to downtown.

House was very clean and had nice amenities and was very well kept. However due to the location, we heard a lot of loud traffic noise at night making it difficult to sleep. Also the lumbar yard next door had loud trucks running early in morning. My family and I got little sleep during our stay. Overall we would provably not stay here again.

This home was a perfect home base for our daily excursions in the Spearfish area. A place to rest, recharge and have our meals.

Very Clean and convenient location. A little difficult to find at night when arriving. House number could be posted more prominently.

This property is an older property but was adequate for what we needed. It is located right downtown, making it easy to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

Once we found it, it was very convenient to walk where we needed to go. Place is clean and for the most part had what we needed.

I thought the stairs to the front door would be an issue for these old knees but they have sturdy rails on both sides and are low enough that we could pass our luggage up to one of us already on the porch! Central to everything we wanted to do, coffee kiosk within walking distance, furnished yahtzee and other games were welcome surprises. Plus, orange is my favorite color!

Property was nice and in convenient location. I don't necessarily love that front door is more in alley/parking lot but not huge deal. The host communicated well and when some people got sick we were able to add on a night.

We were looking for a place where we could stay and visit our daughter while she attends BHSU. This place was perfect. It gave us room to welcome her and her friends over for some fun. We will be back again in the future.

A wonderful place. Very clean, one of the clearness places I've been to. Very close to downtown, (walking distance.). Love how it was decorated. It felt like I was back in the 70s.

We came up to stay with our daughter for her birthday as she attends BHSU. This cute little retro place was absolutely perfect for us. Walking distance to everything you need. Full kitchen with pots and pans, spices etc to make her a homemade birthday dinner. Communication with host was a breeze! We will always book this place when needed. It was so CLEAN!!!

The property was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. We had a bit of trouble finding the driveway as it was located in an alleyway -- I was glad we weren't trying to find the turn in the dark. For some reason, there was no hot water. The best we were able to get for dishes and showers was lukewarm. That was a little disappointing as I was in the area running a marathon and would have loved a nice hot shower after finishing. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the property!

After tent camping for 3 days this was just what we needed. But, it was better than that. Clean, great location. Super easy to communicate with owner. Ready before check in time. Could not have dreamt of a better place. Hoping to return next rally and if available will love to stay here

This house was a nice size for 4 adults. Very clean, adequate kitchen utensils to fix our meals. Email from the host had all the details we needed. Very centrally located in Spearfish.

We really loved this property. The location in town is absolutely great. We walked to restaurants & bars. The town is amazing. House just needs a couple of inexpensive updates to really be comfortably exceptional.
