Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family ranged from 9 to 84 years old and we came from the Midwest and South for our family vacation. It was a perfect space for us and any questions we had were immediately resolved. Very clean property and we greatly enjoyed the pool!

Pool table, ping pong equipment, bath tub, sofa, toilet, bug zappers, bluetooth speakers, and pool alarms were all broken. PS3 was missing. Golf Cart was covered in sand and unstable at road speeds. 2 hour early check in is a ransom note that allows no negative reviews and no refunds for broken items. Arrived 45 minutes early and they wouldn't let us in due to an open house which wasn't going on, I was in the driveway the entire time. Oh and then they didn't give me the code at check in time, I had to wait even longer. Multiple roaches were found inside. Dryer was broken, which tore holes in my clothes. House was clean. Property manager was quick to respond. Overall it was highly disappointing and feels like they're just phoning it in to make a fast buck.

The house was beautiful and conveniently located and the pool was great but, furniture was broken, toilet was broke, no sofa bed as described and shown. No bikes as described. Needed outside rat problem taken care of. We would stay again if items were addressed.

House was amazing. Lots of rooms, kids room on top floor was perfect for our 8 year old. Location to beach was so great. 4 minutes golf cart ride was all it took. Only negative was that the appliances did not all work great. Ice machine didn't work, first floor bathroom kept running. There were no bikes like the listing said but the property manager did agree to reimburse us for rentals

We enjoyed a family vacation for 10 of us. The house has plenty of space. The alarms are annoying, but we understand why you have them. We loved the kitchen and grill. You have every dish that is needed to cook almost everything. The house was clean and well maintained.

With the additional guest house everyone had their own space but plenty of room for hanging out as well. Pool was great. Some of the extras like the pool table and ping pong were old and worn but did the job to occupy time.

12 Family members from 5 to 66 stayed 5 days and had the best time... there was plenty of room, games to play, and the heated pool was perfect for the cool nights. We had a great Christmas and made lots if memories.

The ease of checking in and the numerous text communications with important information was great. The follow up text to be assured we had found everything comfortable. Our family joining us were over whelmed with appreciation for the home and its location. Thank you for fulfilling a dream vacation. The space for all ten senior adults great. We Koved our visit.

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. They have this house supplied with everything you can think of. Only thing that needs to be checked out is the property golf cart. The golf cart ran fine from Friday to Monday. We didn’t get any use of it on Tuesday and Wednesday, I’m not sure what the issue was because we kept it on the charger but it wouldn’t even make it out of the neighborhood before it would die. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again myself. We loved it and enjoyed every second of our time there.
