This house is very spacious and beautiful! Located in a quiet cul de sac in a beautiful neighborhood! Just me, my husband and our two dogs stayed, and it was perfect! The only recommendation would be to increase the heat of the pool; it was a bit chilly!

We loved our stay

This was easy check in and we got early check in. The house is beautiful . There are a few small things that need fixed but overall wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean . The 2 golf carts were such a bonus we got a lot of use out of them. The neighborhood was beautiful . The pool was nice and the space was perfect for our family of 8. We brought my grandpa on his 90th birthday. Would deff stay again

The description doesn't mention all the things that are in the home. There's tons of beach chairs, 2 beach eagons, lots of toys for the sand, pool floats, beach mats, ect. There is a pack and play and several floor fans. You will need those. The homes only allows the air conditioner to be set at 72°. The main bedroom only has sheer curtains and gets very hot. The sheer curtains also allow tons of light in at night so be prepared for that. The pool house is also a great bonus. We were traveling with a baby, so the parents and baby stayed in the pool house so not to disrupt the others while sleeping. The golf carts are awesome for the area. There are several local restaurants and shops near by you can ride the carts to. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry supplies and dishwasher pods. The host supplies you with the minimum. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need.

Great house that allowed for multiple families to come together in living room kitchen and also have own space. Two golf carts made getting to beach easy . No better beach than Destin!

We thought the house was a perfect size for our group however it was lacking in a few amenities. There needs to be plastic glasses, etc. to utilize around the pool. Also, the door code had to be reset a few times because it stopped working. The pool person let us know there was a leak in the pool and the heat was inconsistent. The garage door stopped working at one point and maintenance had to come over. The curtains were falling down in the main floor bedroom. And painting wasn't complete in the guest house where curtain rods and towel rods were replaced. It worked ok for our group but I probably wouldn't rent this place again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would describe our stay as pleasant. Its a nice rental and they provide ample items for the beach as well as two golf carts. The kids also loved the ping pong table. The only complaint was that the pool is on the small side and is alot smaller than it appears in the pictures. Besides that its a lovely property with plenty of space and is in a good area. The rental company was also super responsive to any issues.

Everything was fantastic, the rental company was very helpful and quick to respond to any need. We will definitely be staying with them in the future. We were in the middle of a hurricane and they were right there with us! We can’t thank them enough for a great vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife tripped over an improperly placed raised paver stone around the pool and sprained her wrist, multiple abrasions on knees, hands and face and caused a slight concussion with a black eye and pain around her orbital socket that has lasted for 3 weeks so far. The swimming pool is deceivingly small and turned our white swim suits and t-shirts green and 3 ladies in our family's blonde hair green. Many of the kitchen accessories were dirty and had to be washed before initial use. The neighborhood, golf carts and proximity to the beach are very nice. Jamie at Glass Casa was very nice to work with through the issues, but evidently the owners don't believe my wife's pain, due to their property negligence is worth even a partial refund...very sad for my wife!!!

The house is just what we wanted with plenty of space and everything we were looking for. The location to the beach and with the pool was perfect for everyone especially our little ones. The only note I would have for the owners is the second refrigerator for the second year in a row was not working well filling with water each day. Guests who look to enjoy this level of rental would expect everything to be working.That being said it is a lovely house with everything one is looking for. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

The house is located close to the beach and amenities. Although small, the pool was nice and refreshing.
