Home away in Kettering!

Was convenient to our family, seemed like a good neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Enjoyed the back yard and patio!!

Nice house & in good for an older home. The backyard is fenced and very large. It is on a quiet street close to everything in Kettering an not too far from I75.

The house was very clean and the bed and couch were very comfortable! The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. It was close to everything. Great communication with the host. We would stay here again.

There were only 2 issues, the kitchen floor needs scrubbed extremely bad and the washer has mold in it.

It worked very well for our situation. However I would have like to see a folder with a list of things we needed to do before we departed. Was also missing some basic kitchen supplies like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. A dish washer would also be nice. However sine we were visiting relatives we didn’t need the kitchen much. Overall a very nice experience and a great location for us.

Thanks for the stay! Host was super helpful. The home is in a great location, clean and well equipped. We did not travel with a dog however, if you need a place for yours to get exercise, the back yard is fully fenced.

The house was very nice and the beds very comfortable. The washer and dryer work great and the backyard was perfect for the kids to play!

This home is immaculate and very comfortable. We stayed two nights to see a Broadway touring show at the Shuster Center. The location was perfect not only for the venue but for anything else you might need. Large fenced in yard for our two dogs and lovely neighborhood.

This Trip has been the most stressful one I had ever, this property as over booked by Vrbo, the host was a wonderful person who tried to help us as best as she can, but it was out of her control. We were supposed to stay for 3 days, our trip was confirmed for only 2 days. After we called Vrbo, the person over the phone assured us that our trip was extended for the extra day. Nice little house in a terrific little quiet neighborhood. Adequate fenced in backyard for the dogs. Nice garage to stay out of the rain really functional kitchen that was nicely set up. Terrific shower really good hot water. Terrific pressure beds were nice.

We had everything we needed to stay in town for a family wedding. Bathroom is small but we made it work. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding so didn't spend a lot of time in the house. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately remnants of hurricane Helene hit the area on the second day and we lost power. The owners were very apologetic and provided us with candles and flashlights. We still had hot water so just stayed put for the duration. Hotels in the area were also without power. We made the best of the situation and appreciated the owners helping with what they could.

Was a wonderful place to be for the few days we were in OH.

Wanted a house with a fenced yard after a long 10 days away from home. We were back in Dayton for my mother in law’s funeral. Going back to a hotel with two Golden Retrievers wasn’t appealing. They loved having a yard to run in, and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood emeach morning as we do at home.

A nice home cleaned we to shopping and dining options. Clean and nicely decorated. There is only one bathroom so just need to keep that in mind.Enjoyed the updated appliances in the kitchen.

Check in was easy. House was very clean. Very convenient location to Fraze Pavillion, restaurants and Air Force Museum. Very quiet neighborhood.

This stay suited our needs perfectly. We were traveling from TN for our nephews wedding. It was centrally located between the wedding venue and the Wright Bros Museum (quick side trip). Theresa was easy to contact and always responded promptly. Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of surrounding food and grocery. Theresa was very accommodating as were were traveling with our pet bird. Highly recommend and would def stay here again!

A nice, clean mid century home good for a family vacation of up to 6. Lovely back yard, easy check-in, quiet neighborhood. We were stopping just for one night on a long-distance move, with myself and my spouse and my co-worker and her mom and a cat and dog. Laminate flooring throughout made me feel comfortable about pets not having a lasting impact! Would definitely stay again.
