This house was perfect for our family. From ages 1-64 it had everything we could have wanted. The proximity to the beach was key for our family. And, the ease of the pool was perfect! We hope to be back!

The house was very accommodating for family vacation. It was a perfect location, easy beach access, for the first time in a few years our mom was able to join us on the beach. Mario was responsive to our communications and ensured we enjoyed our stay.

Second year we stayed here. Excellent location and the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We left the beach house saying we finally found a house we all want to return to! We had enough rooms and bathrooms, large gathering spaces, view of ocean on deck and short walk to beach.

The house was a great location with easy and close access to the beach. Plenty of room for our big family in the house. My only suggestion is a baby Gate available for the top of the steps in the living room. But everything was great !

Very clean, large house with everything a family needs for a great week at the beach. Rooms had plenty of space for kids and adults. Common areas were spacious enough for 15 family members. Loved the easy access to the beach with no roads to cross and we didn't have to pack food for the day since we could easily walk back to the house for meals/snacks as needed. Having the pool was so nice to break up a beach day or chill out in the evening. We loved everything about this house!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had a large group and the setting was perfect with the bedrooms and each room having it's own bathroom. The double fridge and dishwashers was fantastic with a large group. The location was amazing and the view from the deck was very enjoyable in the mornings and evenings. It's a very short walk to beach which was great with kids. The pool was also really nice to enjoy. Communication was great with the hosts.

Wonderful house with no streets to cross to get to the beach. We have a family of 14 - 8 adults and 6 kids - and the house was perfect for us. Love the view from the upper balcony, and the pool is a must with kids for great afternoon fun.

My family had a wonderful stay at this house. It is so close to the beach and the views were better than expected! The house was clean and all of the chairs and toys were so nice to use! We loved the pool and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. Would definitely go back to this house!

We can’t thank the amazing owners enough for such a wonderful week!!! They have a gorgeous home that is a super short walk to the beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience!!! The home is very clean and organized!! We had a group of 15 (8 adults and 7 kids), and we originally booked to vacation here in June of 2023…due to some medical issues with my husband, we had to postpone our trip until this past week!!! Mario was wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful!!! We truly can’t thank you all enough for such a memorable beach trip!!

Excellent location. Very short private walk to beach. (Don’t have to cross the street). Clean upon arrival. Access to all kinds of beach and pool accessories. Had a large space with toys, books etc for children on the top floor. Our grandkids took advantage of that. And the A/C actually works on the top floor. Have had issues in the past with other rentals AC units not cooling efficiently. Beach in this area not overly crowded. The only negative we had was the pool not being as clear as expected. Pool guy added chlorine but still didn’t help. All the positives definitely outweighed the pool issue. We still used it every day for hours at a time. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay and everything was just as advertised in the listing. Great proximity to the beach and loved the pool. House was very clean and spacious. We hope to stay here again next year!
