Home away from home entire house

Very nice, clean, and well-maintained villa. Our family enjoyed our stay. The host was gracious and made sure that we were satisfied with our stay.

Was super clean and organized. Great kitchen tools, pots pans. The owner was in frequent communication and very helpful and supportive.Quiet street, and the front lanai offered two big comfy chairs w ottoman for relaxing w a cup of coffee and book.Close to Mulberry rec w pball and pool, and Route 42

We stayed 10 nights. The villa is very clean and well stocked. The host is very accommodating.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at this 1,200 sq ft gem! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless everything was—it’s clear the owners take real pride in keeping this place pristine. The space was both roomy and cozy, with plenty of space to relax without ever feeling too big or impersonal.The kitchen was an absolute dream—fully stocked with everything we needed to cook real meals, and the gas range was such a treat! Bedrooms were spacious with linens that smelled freshly laundered (a small thing, but so appreciated!), and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, shampoo, and toilet paper—no scrambling for basics here.The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet close to great restaurants and grocery stores, making it super convenient.And I have to shout out the owner—communication was top-notch. Every time I had a question, the response was quick, kind, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back!

Was in town to visit with friends, for three nights. The host is easy to reach if needed, checking in and out was a breeze. The house was perfect for 4 people..Every thing you need is there..Daniel went above and beyond to return things I left there..We will stay there again. It was perfect...

The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. The home was clean and very well stocked for any needs we had. The area is great especially when you have activity passes which the host made sure we had. Parking was not good only because there was a large dumpster in the driveway because the roof was being replaced. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

The location was perfect and centered around all activities in town squares. Short distance to golf courses, shopping and restaurants.

House was very clean and comfy. Location was great. House could use some upgrades, e.g, new flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. Owner Daniel was very helpful. We would rent this home again.

We stayed at Daniel's house for 6 nights. He has fully equipped this house for an easy and comfortable stay. The location is in the northern part of the Villages and everything was easy to get to. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

House was perfect for me and my daughter visiting family in the area. We did a 4 day, 3 night stay. House was clean and the perfect size. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The outside was overgrown, very little parking, side patio looks disheveled, towels are tiny and scratchy, beds are rock and and squeeky, no tv in one bedroom, tv stand in livingroom is in a very outdated huge tv stand, where the door doesnt go all the way in, so people could not the tv from the love seat, the bedroom carpets are nasty and the whole place had a musty smell. If we are paying a cleaning fee, why do we have to strip the beds, put out the trash and start the laundry? Next time, we will just stay in a hotel. You really need to put some money back into the place to update it. Sorry to say we will not be back.
