Newly renovated holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula. If you want a home away from home, look no further. Our home can sleep up to 6 -8 people comfortably or 10 people using our roll out beds that are suitable for children upto the age of 13 years old can be set up in our lounge/living area.
All bedrooms have a queen size bed. The third bedroom also holds bunk bed . All our bedrooms have ceiling fans for those warm days/night during summer.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024It was a lovely and pleasant experience from booking with Stazy and cleanliness of beach house and facilities such as expected and 5 minute walk to the beach and also very close to Rye, Dromana and Sorrento beaches. I definitely recommend to stay in this lovely beach house.

Stayed Jan 8, 2024Well presented property. We had a great holiday. The house had lots of things for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils. There was ample sitting for our large family. Terrific communication from Marie.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Marie has been excellent throughout our stay. She is very responsive whenever we have questions. Her house is very clean and nice, with comfortable beds and the utensils that we need. It's only 5 minutes walk and around 6 minutes drive to rosebud and rye. Highly recommended. Thanks Marie.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Connie was such a nice and accommodating host. The place is even nicer in person and the space is clean and offers lots of room to sleep easily 10-11, however in the end we didn't use all the beds. Close to the beach and amenities too, unfortunately the pier was closed. We booked for a boys fishing weekend and it has a good size entertainer for a low key BBQ. The neighbours were all nice too. I would stay here again.

Had absolutely everything we needed, very comfy beds, nice backyard for the pup to run around and was nice and cosy. Connie was a great host, quick to answer all of our questions and very helpful! Highly recommend and hope we can come back one day!
