Home 1 Mi to Wayside Beach, Near Belmont Stakes!

Beautifull property. Very well keep. The owner its supper nice and very attentive. The only thing i will say bad its the mosquitoes outside. Other than that we had an amazing time and we where able to relax for the weekend.

Amazing outdoor with nice gazebo, chairs and fire-pit. Lot of landscape lights around the home.Game room and media setup was wonderful.Home has lot of bath towels, soap dispensers, extra garbage bags, dumpster and many more.Guest contact was right on top. They answered the call even at 11PM.

Beautiful home equipped with all modern amenities, including a dedicated game area, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommended!!!

When we arrived we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the porch! First impressions mean a lot! The trash can in the kitchen was dirty and the first night we were there I had to wet mop the kitchen floor it was sticky! We found no can opener, peeler, only 3 small spoons, no cookie sheet pans, a larger pot for cooking and the second night we were there we had to run to the store for toilet paper! No wash cloths we called about the propane tank for we were cooking on the grill no one responded back to our call! We absolutely loved the enclosed porch for breakfast after my husband had to vacuum all the dead bugs on the window sills and on the carpet! We definitely left the place cleaner then we got it!

The home accommodated our 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5 perfectly. It is centrally located in a safe, quiet area. It is a very short walk to ice cream and mini golf. Just a mile walk to the small town beach. About a 20 min drive to Shepards Park (great for small children). The firepit was enjoyed also. The game room is below ground and nice an cool in hot weather. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets available if needed.

We have stayed 2 yrs now, it’s perfect family stay. I grew up in the area and know what a hidden treasure Lake Luzerne is. Perfect for an extended family, grand kids and all. We will be back. Thank you

Nice property located in the middle of everything. Had a few issues arise which were handled by property manager quickly with full resolution. Great place for families, would highly recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect for my family with a child and a baby. It was spacious and clean. Every appliance that we used worked properly, and every single bed was super comfortable. The attention to detail like providing charging blocks for electronics and extra stand-up fans was great (babies are picky when it comes to white noise). We were in walking distance to a mini golf and ice cream stand which was fun for a family walk/trip in the evenings, and the backyard was spacious and private. The game room was a nice passing of time, too. The only issue we had was with the thermostat upon arrival - it was locked remotely - but the contact reached out to me immediately and set it to a temperature that was comfortable for my family. If we ever return to Lake George, I would 100% stay at this property again - even my 7 year old said he hopes to come back to this house one day!

We had an enjoyable week. The house had everything we needed, except the for the sunporch, which we were unable to use due to the wasps and bees. It was also difficult because the windows did not have screens. The location was perfect as we traveled back and forth to Lake George for the beach and a tour on the boat. We also rented a boat nearby. The game room was an added bonus.

The home was spotless, the location was perfect for exploring the lakes, and Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Especially with winter and temperature adjustments.The only minor issue was the slight leafy on the street, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the house and we all enjoyed our time there! That being said, there were some minor details that I think are worth passing on for future guests to be aware of prior to their stay: -There were area rugs placed on top of the carpets in each room (totally understandable to protect high traffic areas!) however, they were laid out so poorly they bunched up all over and were like that for so long they were impossible to flatten out. This caused several trips and almost falls during our stay. Not a deal breaker but something that could be avoided. -The listing itself changed from the time the reservation was made to when the trip began. I totally understand rules change and codes need to be kept for town rules but it would have been nice to be notified of the change prior to our trip. I happen to check the listing again while planning activities and noticed the pictures were different and an entire room was taken down and rearranged. -The washing machine was listed as an amenity but it was broken, there was a work around but it took reaching out to the property manager to clarify what to do in order to utilize it. Again, not a big deal but it would have been nice to just have a note left with details rather than bothering the manager and waiting for a response. I would consider renting this property again if I were planning a visit to the area; the location was PERFECT for getting to Lake George and a ton of other activities in the area!

There’s so much to do around Lake George and this home was close to it all. During our stay we hit two rainy days, but this home was packed with everything it needed for us to still enjoy a rainy day! Comfortable, clean, well equipped and beautiful home!!!

This is a very nice, clean well maintained property. It’s in a fantastic location that’s close to a lot of attractions in the area. Great secluded yard which was great for privacy and for our kids. Plenty of room for a large family inside. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

Loved this property. We found the stay same way as it was displayed in the listing. Lot of ambient light outdoor and along with bug zapper.My Family loved it.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions.Communication was great. The host was responsive and considerate, even for missed for a missed head phones in the property.
