New season 2025! Holiday plans are the pre-fun part 😃
Please come and stay in this cozy summer house Sea breeze (56m2), next to our own house. You will have your own little garden (12m2) and the beach, sea, dunes, shops and terraces at walking distance (5 minute walk) Our neighborhood is a typical little village area. Not much traffic during week days, nice people, relaxed surrounding. Highly recommended on Airbnb by earlier quests. It’s impossible to make everybody happy but we try 😃🙏🏻

The house has two floors. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a big, comfy bed (180x210). Downstairs is the living room with a high quality comfy sleeping couch (140x200). There is also a baby bed, bath and chair available.

The kitchen with nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooking facilities and fridge is also downstairs. Plus a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

The sweet house is very suitable for a couple, for a romantic getaway to the beach.

Also family's with max two children should feel totally at home. The parents could sleep separate in the living room on our comfortable sleeping futon or in the master bedroom upstairs. Or comfy and good quality sleeping couch in the living room

Please understand that there are pets allowed for extra charge fee. And the only check in days during high season are Saturday. Minimum 7 days period of rent is what we prefer. Depends on low/ high season. Max 14 nights.

We have a hotel parking permit arranged for your family. This gives you a discount. Normally you have to pay more then 15 euro per day because of local government rules. Now it will be 9 euro wich you can pay together with tourist tax on the end of your holiday in cash or via PayPal

Garbage we like you to separate in plastic, paper, glass, tin and rest garbage. You can dump this in the small grey bins. Located at main house, in front of the front door.

We have a lot of information in the house ready for you. So you can always make beautifull holiday plans.

Urlaubspläne sind der Vor-Spaß-Teil 😃
Bitte kommen Sie und bleiben Sie in diesem gemütlichen Sommerhaus Meeresbrise (55 m2) neben unserem eigenen Haus. Sie haben Ihren eigenen kleinen Garten (12m2) und der Strand, das Meer, die Dünen, Geschäfte und Terrassen sind zu Fuß erreichbar (5 Gehminuten). Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ein typisches kleines Dorfgebiet. Wenig Verkehr an Wochentagen, nette Leute, entspannte Umgebung. Von früheren Quests auf Airbnb sehr empfohlen.

Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke. Auf der obersten Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem großen, bequemen Bett (180x210). Unten ist das Wohnzimmer mit einer bequemen hohe qualitate Schlafcouch (140x200). Es gibt auch ein Babybett, eine Badewanne und einen Stuhl.

Die Küche mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Induktionsherd und Kühlschrank befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss. Plus ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Toilette und Regendusche.

Das kleine süße Haus eignet sich sehr gut für ein Paar, für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub am Strand. Oder vielleicht zwei oder drei Freunde. 4 Erwachsene machen wir nur gelegentlich.

Auch Familien mit einem oder maximal zwei (Klein-)Kindern sollen sich rundum wohlfühlen. Die Eltern konnten getrennt im Wohnzimmer auf unserem bequemen Schlaf-Futon oder im Elternschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss schlafen.

Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Und die einzigen Anreisetage während der Hochsaison sind Freitag und Samstag. Wir bevorzugen eine Mindestmietdauer von 7 Tagen. Abhängig von der Neben-/Hochsaison. Maximal 14 Nächte.

Für Ihre Familie haben wir einen Hotelparkausweis besorgt. Dadurch erhalten Sie Rabatt. Normalerweise müssen Sie 15 Euro pro Tag bezahlen. Jetzt sind es 9 Euro, die Sie zusammen mit der Kurtaxe am Ende Ihres Urlaubs in bar bezahlen können.

Müll trennen wir gerne in Plastik, Papier, Glas, Blech und Restmüll. Diese können Sie in die kleinen grauen Tonnen entsorgen. Befindet sich im Haupthaus, vor der Haustür. Haustier wie eine kleine vind ist moglich. Dass kostet extra.

Wir halten viele Informationen im Haus für Sie bereit. So können Sie immer schöne Urlaubspläne schmieden.
