The bungalow is situated in the centre of Newtonmore. There is a co-op close-by plus plenty of amenities in the village and neighbouring Kingussie. Excellent location for exploring the Highlands. We travelled west to Kyle of Lochalsh, north to Inverness, south to Aberfeldy and west to the Moray coast. Also nice walks nearby. There is a restaurant in the village (The Letterbox) which is a bit expensive and the food didn't quite 'hit the spot' for me but an extensive menu and very organised in respect of covid 19(they had just reopened). The property facilities are good but lacking a microwave. Also the TV is small by modern standards and picture quality a bit variable. Also, the shower temperature fluctuates when water is used in the kitchen at the same time. Nevertheless the property offers good value for money. Communication with the owner was first class. I would recommend this property.

We both enjoyed the property in a nice location with good parking and a nice big garden. A pleasant peaceful area to walk about in. The house was nice and clean, very comfortable to spend time in and most convenient for the main street and all amenities also for the village heritage walks.

A very conveniently situated cottage, immaculately clean and comfortable. Owner very helpful when I had a slight problem. Safe garden for dogs. Would definitely recommend. BUT no microwave!!

Property is well equipped, a good size and conveniently located. Lovely and warm in the winter, with plenty of private parking and a nice garden.
