On the outskirts of the village of Vernerovice, 40 km east of the Giant Mountains, close to the shop, restaurant and bus stop (300 m) are these 2 holiday homes and a mini-campsite. The 2 identical holiday homes are built in a former hay barn of more than 100 years old, equipped with modern comfort while maintaining the atmosphere. You have a wide view over the farmlands and forested mountains. Don't be surprised if deer or roe are co-users of your garden and the stork is on your roof.

With the new building, we built with respect for the old, but we did use the latest techniques to use energy as efficiently as possible. The hot water comes from solar collectors, the entire building has underfloor heating and the insulation has been brought to the highest level.
For the atmosphere you can light the wood stoves, firewood is available indefinitely.
We have our own water treatment plant on our site, so that all our waste water enters the stream clean. In our philosophy, a natural way of living and letting live is part of this environment.
Our guests state that the atmosphere of tranquility, space and healthy walks is good for them.
There is a charging station on site for your electric or hybrid car with a plug. From now on you can charge your electric car (free) at the accommodation!

Each holiday home is suitable for max. 6 people. Equipped with spacious living room with underfloor heating, atmospheric wood stove, Smart TV with internet, open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and ceramic hob. Furnished with cozy dining area, sitting area with sofa bed.
Sun terrace and garden with fabulous south-facing views with garden furniture and wood storage. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. Cot available on request. Pets are allowed after consultation.

The houses are located in the nature conservation area de Broumovské Stěny (the Walls near Broumov). The famous rock park of Adršpach and Teplice is even a short (walking) distance (5 km). The sandstone rock formations of Adršpach are world famous and attract thousands of tourists every year. That is why this region is well developed with many hiking and cycling routes, mountaineering and horse riding. A riding stable with horses and ponies is 5 km away. This region is very suitable for an active holiday. Within a walking distance (2.5 km) is a new entertainment center Walzelcentrum with a. A. Bowling alley, shooting range, climbing walls for young and old, wine shop, restaurant, fitness center and salt cave. There are outdoor swimming pools in Meziměstí the new Aqualand (4 km), Teplice (5 km), Police (10 km) and a number of swimming lakes in the immediate vicinity. There is also a fishing pond at 3 km. In the summer there are cultural programs with ao theater and a series of classical concerts in the special surroundings of baroque churches in the villages, and in the monastery church and garden of the monastery of Broumov. Golf enthusiasts can indulge in the beautiful 9-hole golf course Grosshof in Broumov. There is also an excursion program for guests who are interested, including a hiking day, a visit to a beer brewery, the monastery of Krzeszów, the surroundings of Osówka with underground works from the 2nd World War, the Ksias castle in Walbrzych. These excursions are under Dutch supervision.
The area around the house is special because of the many birds, wildlife, which can stay here because of the peace and space.

    We were warmly greeted by the two hosts. A great and friendly couple who were always available with advice and action. The accommodation was clean and large. For cosiness, a stove was available on the ground floor as the only source of heat, while there were radiators on the upper floors with bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartments are located on the left and right in a converted barn, in the middle are the shared showers and washrooms for the campers. The house is open to the upper floor, the entrances to the bathrooms of the holiday apartments are on a gallery from which you can look down. As a result, there is sometimes a certain basic volume, but you get used to it just as much as the creaking of the wood when you walk or the dutch stairs to arrive the bedrooms. ;-) The location of the place is wonderful. Behind the complex is a field and you have a great view of the mountains. The village itself is small and quiet. A small department store is just a few minutes' walk away. Many hiking trails start from here, national parks can be reached in 15 minutes by car. We would love to return one day. :-)
