The detached holiday home, built in 1981 and renovated in 2017, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is60 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance leads over 30 steps directly in the kitchen living. The entrance to the house is via the inner courtyard and the outside staircase directly from the street. The entrance to the flat is not recommended for older people with mobility difficulties. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and The view of the sea and the Šibenik archipelago is impressive for every guest who comes to the terrace. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and air conditioner. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 3 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.


Location
Šibenik, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord only occasionally resides in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday Apartment DAL SIB 312 (2 people) is located in the same house. A car is parked in the garage. The house where the apartment is located is on a busy main road and can be noisy. The apartment is also not suitable for older people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The house is elevated, and for this reason, it offers a wonderful view of the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage.
