The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet location. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 250 sqm and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). Gas heating and heat pump The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads over a 250 sqm terrace directly in the porch with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs) and 1 bunk bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs) and 1 bunk bed and TV. Kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and a small oven. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and TV. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Harrachov, 665 m ASL. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Please bring slippers. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the street in front of the house.
