The detached family house is located on an approx. 1,600 sqm plot in a quiet hillside location of Nürtingen. The highlight here is the large heated outdoor pool with a view of the Swabian Alb. On the ground floor are the spacious living and dining area, the open kitchen and a study. Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with adjoining dressing room and another bright room, each with access to the south-facing balcony. A shower room, a separate toilet and the main bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub are also located on this level. In the attic there are two more rooms with fitted wardrobes. Light stone tiles and parquet were laid on the ground floor, the pool area was designed with Bangkirai and the terrace with gray mottled slabs. Conclusion: Holiday at home in a wonderful ambience!
