The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, hammock swing, and campfire site.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 82 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over 3 steps and a 15 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with dinette and Air conditioner. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
Top floor: Living room as intersecting room, 25 sqm and with lounge, TV, DVD and Air conditioner. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Broadcasts in German, Polish, English.


Location
Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday house is situated on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is not available for young people. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
