Recently renovated in 2023 and 2024, the house offers a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, inductionhob, kettle, toaster, hand blender, and coffee machine. There’s also a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.

Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom with smart TV, a second bedroom with bunk bed and desk, and a bathroom with shower. Cleaning supplies, bed linens, and towels are provided. The kitchen includes basic food essentials.

Bellagio is famous for Punta Spartivento, the panoramic spot where Lake Como splits in two.

From Bellagio, a 16-minute ferry ride takes you to Varenna, known for the Lovers’ Walk and Villa Monastero. Lecco is 15 km away, Como with its lakeside promenade, cathedral, and funicular to Brunate is 30 km away, and Milan is 35 km from the property.
