Holden Our Flip Flops heated pool, putting green and short walk to beach

Having the heated pool in September was a great feature! It wasn't on when we got there but Shannon was very quick to arrange getting it turned on for us. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great week! The house is well equipped and has a great layout for enjoying everyones company. The pool was awesome for afternoon swims and the umbrellas on the pool deck are a huge plus! The seating in the pool was a big hit for the adults and kids alike! Very clean and new home away from home! The owner is quick to respond and answer any questions you may have. Overall, we would recommend this property for your next beach adventure!

The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool! We rented a golf cart, which made getting to the beach a little easier.

We really appreciated how well stocked this property was! We didn’t have to run out right away for toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges or trash bags as anticipated. Not to mention how cutely decorated the house is! The public beach access is just across the main road so the walk to the beach was not bad. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved our stay! The kids really enjoyed the pool and we liked how close we were to the beach and the ICW for fishing and kayaking. Great spot overall, and Shannon is a great host!

Our Family had a wonderful time here - the house was very clean, had great community spaces, and its location was very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful along the way, we would not hesitate to return.

Located in a quiet culdesac along the ICW, this was a perfect, peaceful getaway for my husband and I. I thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and natural surroundings. Close enough to walk to the beach, I also enjoyed biking to the local coffee shop. The house is incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, it seems like new. Hope to return soon!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Pool was great, we spent our days by the pool, a short walk to the beach. Great private street, perfect for your kids to walk on, ride their bikes without worry. Had great picnics on the porches with grands.

This is a great stay for families. The pool is perfect sized, short walk to the beach, and beautiful finishing within the house. Plenty of items provided such as umbrellas, pool toys, beach chairs, wagon etc if needed.

Beautiful home and had every convenience needed!

This home was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, pots and pans. The pool was clean and warm( weather was chilly so we utilized the heater). We rented bikes and a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach access. We plan to stay here again in the near future!

The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was roomy with great views, fantastic amenities, & everything we could need for our stay. The walk down to the beach was easy. It took us less than 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly & helpful as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful inside and out. Super clean and comfortable. Family friendly, quiet, great amenities. Pool and outdoor areas were awesome! Our whole family loved it.

I love how welcoming everything was. It is such a nice house with lots of added amenities! I loved having umbrellas, cart, and chairs provided and charcoal for the grill provided as well. The only downside was the distance to the beach, but for our age group, it was fine. The nice backyard was a plus too! Definitely recommend

This newer property is in a great location. It is a private spot where you can enjoy the pool on site and never see another person. The beach is an easy walk and the views from the porches are great. The house has a new feel, the decorations and amenities are well done. Communication and check in/out from the host was easy. Great stay and would definitely visit again!
