This beautiful, exquisitely appointed home has so much to offer, including a game room complete with foosball and air hockey tables, flat-screen TVs in every room, a grill, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen with two refrigerators, and chic coastal décor. There is also a family suite on each floor, allowing parents (or grandparents) the convenience of sharing a room with younger children if needed. Wireless high-speed internet and cable streaming through ATMC's Merge service and Amazon Fire Sticks. Two park-style charcoal grills are also available on the property.

Part of the beauty of the home being located near an inlet and beachfront is that the actual distance to the sand and surf is subject to change, as are the dune structures. The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. Additional handicap-friendly features include wider doorways and expansive, easy-entry showers in bedroom #6 with direct access to the kitchen and main living room. In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
