Stayed May 19, 2026Erik's place is fantastic - perfect for those visiting the Bentonville/Bella Vista area and looking for a good place to crash between rides on the trail systems. Communication was proactive and comprehensive - would absolutely stay with Erik again.

Stayed May 13, 2026Stayed here for my niece's graduation. We had no issues finding it. The location was great. There were 9 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Drinking coffee on the deck was our favorite. Loved the area. Would stay here again.
