We absolutely loved our stay. The location could not have been more perfect. Being just steps away from everything on King Street made exploring Charleston so easy, and having Island Provisions coffee shop basically 20 steps away felt like our own little morning luxury. The home itself had so much character and warmth. One of my favorite parts was spending time looking through the incredible collection of books throughout the house. Some dated back to the 1700s and 1800s, which made the experience feel even more special and connected to Charleston’s history. I especially loved the First Ladies recipe book and the gardening books. I even stumbled across an old handwritten note tucked inside one, which honestly felt like finding a tiny piece of history. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather. No heavy heat or humidity, so we were able to keep the doors open and really enjoy the beautiful airflow and charm of the home. The layout worked perfectly for our group and felt comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. We did have one small hiccup with the Wi-Fi connection, but the hosts responded almost immediately and quickly provided us with another network. Communication was excellent from start to finish. This home gave us such a memorable Charleston experience, full of comfort, charm, history, and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our weekend in Charleston. This location is on a quiet street in a courtyard in very close walking distance to King Street with many bars and restaurants. House was clean beautifully designed, and we loved the porch and rocking chairs. The host was transparent in letting us know that that a large construction project was going on across the street. We were mostly there on the weekend so it didn’t bother us, but it was quite loud on Monday. I would just plan ahead while the construction is still going on and be busy during the weekdays the construction noise was about 7:45 AM through 4:30 PM.

The host was amazing. Due to a snowstorm in Dallas, we had to reschedule flights and extend our stay two extra days. The process was prompt and seamless—and a lifesaver. Thank you! This is also our new favorite neighborhood in Charleston.
