Stayed Jul 28, 2025We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable for our family, with thoughtful touches like beach towels and a beach parking pass. The location was perfect—right between the upper and lower village—and we really enjoyed the style and aesthetic of the home.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025First the location of this home is perfect with close proximity to dock square, the beach and downtown kennenbunk for everything you need. The home was very well stocked and great furnishings throughout. Added bonus was the great backyard for those cool summer evenings and perfect for our dogs. Also, the landing store is just a short 2min walk to get a perfect breakfast sandwich and coffee. Finally, can't speak highly enough of the property management teams communication and prompt responses. Fantastic all round and will be back!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Our family of five very much enjoyed our stay in this charming Maine cottage. The cottage is close to Kennebunk and well appointed for those who like to be not far from the action but able to cook at home after a day at the beach.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The house was nicely decorated, with lots of light. Backyard was great for the kids and dogs. We also enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit. Convenient to town and beaches! Loved having the beach pass that made it so easy to park.
