Historic Silverton Charmer -- Cute, Near the Falls, Oregon Garden & Pet Friendly

Very cute, clean and well maintained property. Bri always responds quickly and checks to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

This home is about as perfect as you can get. All the spaces are so well thought out in regard to convenience as well as beauty and peace. The old Douglas fir floors are beautiful. The seating options worked wonderfully for two people, and would work for four as well. There is even a little cafe table with two chairs at the window in the living room. This was perfect for us instead of using the larger dining table. The washer and dryer are intuitive to use. The way the home is decorated, included window treatments, looks like a skilled interior designer made the decisions. We so loved staying here for a week. The period details, interior colors, and immaculate spaces were a delight.

Charmer is right! What a lovely home with everything for your stay so well thought out down to the smallest details! The home truly is relaxing and peaceful with inspiration everywhere in the colors, decor, furniture and even the extra blankets! All the small touches were so appreciated...from the coffee pods and tea options, to the breakfast bars, the bathroom amenities and the things forgotten basket! The wine loan program is such a fun idea!If anything needs attention, Bri is on it! The internet company had an issue and it was out briefly. She jumped on the phone to troubleshoot with me immediately. I appreciated her checking in throughout our stay!The guide she wrote is very helpful. We loved her recommendations from the food to the winery! It was delicious! This home is a great location to explore Silver Falls State Park! We will definitely be back to hike all 10 once they can clear the paths from the storms. The only tiny challenge we encountered was backing out of the driveway. On a busy day, it can be an adventure! Do not miss a stop at EZ Orchards for apple cider donuts and the Willamette Pie Company for so many delicious treats! (Literally the best muffins of my life!) The host was very accommodating and welcoming. The house was perfect in every way. My family loved it and felt right at home. Very clean and cozy. It was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and celebrating our Thanksgiving holiday. We will definitely be repeat visitors.

We’ve stayed in many older historic homes, but this one was by far the most beautifully refurbished and thoughtfully updated of them all. Every inch of the home reflected care and craftsmanship, nothing was overlooked or left undone. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding; everything felt fresh, spotless, and well cared for. It’s clear that incredible attention went into every detail, from the decor to the finishes. The atmosphere was both elegant and inviting, with a warmth that made it feel instantly like home. Truly beautiful, perfectly maintained, and wonderfully comfortable, an absolute gem we can’t recommend highly enough!

Place was amazing. Had everything we needed. Perfect location. Can walk into town and only a short way from Silver Falls and hiking trails. Will definitely be back!!Thanks Bri!!

The house is darling, the yard is gorgeous, and Bri was very easy to communicate with. The only minor issue was Water St. There is quite a bit of traffic which makes it difficult to get out of the driveway at times.I would definitely recommend this Charmer.

We loved staying at this home. It is obviously very well taken care of and very warm and inviting. We loved the back deck and fire pit in the backyard. It is a quick walk to a great downtown area with lots of restaurants and we were able to check out a farmers market and makers fair.We will be back for sure!!

Very comfortable well maintained home close to downtown shops and services in Silverton; the city park is only a block away with trails which is great if you have a dog; we had a great stay

We loved this home! So cozy, clean, and roomy! The kitchen was so big to prepare meals in and loved that it had a variety of cookware, gadgets, and a coffee maker. The house is so close to downtown and the park, perfect for a morning walk to the coffee shops! Plus, go right out of the driveway and head for Silver Falls!

Bri is an excellent host. She has remade this 100-year-old house into a beautiful, updated, cosy and charming house. She stocked the kitchen well and even color coordinated the utensils and supplies; the beds are very comfortable; there are ample sitting areas to enjoy, and plentiful bathrooms. We so enjoyed all the extra touches Bri gave to the place.

Perfect cozy cottage vibes describes this historic property that has been meticulously restored and made available to guests who can appreciate everything it has to offer. We were in town just a few days to hike the falls and it was a great location for us! Highly recommend!

Loved how close it was to the cute shops, within walking distance. House was fresh and relaxing with a perfect yard and back porch! We slept great!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with excellent internet and TV App options. We would definitely rent again. Owner checked in at our check in to make sure everything was good and also during our stay to see if there was anything we needed.

The Charmer lives up to its name, it’s beautiful and exactly as described in the pictures and text. You will find everything you need from extra pillows to dishware. Just bring your groceries and you won’t even need to leave. We really appreciated how clean the home was and that Bri was very communicative if we needed anything. There is also a book with great locations to eat and visit. We will for sure book the Charmer again!

My brother and I stayed at this gorgeous home while visiting our elderly parents, who had just relocated to Silverton. Everything about this property was perfect, inside and out. Bri, the owner, was so friendly and helpful. It's obvious that she has put in an incredible effort to make this beautifully refurbished home comfortable, functional and peaceful. I cannot recommend it enough, and we will certainly be back!

From the moment we walked in the door until we left, our stay was magical! The home was lovely and everything was taken care of for us! We could not have been happier and didn't want to leave! This was honestly one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. The house was comfortable, decorated adorably, and had so many thoughtful touches. I hope we go to Silverton again to enjoy it again.

Silverton is charming small town just 17 miles from Silver Falls State Park with good food options. Property was very clean, with all required amnesties. Host proactively provided useful information and tips.

As soon as we entered this charming home, we couldn't have been more impressed with it's beautiful rooms, thoughtful artwork, furnishings, lighting and helpful host instructions and notes. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A well designed home. We had a wonderful experience staying in Silverton. The owner communicates very well and the house is well provisioned.

I stayed here with my mother and we both absolutely loved it. The house is easy to find and well located near the downtown area of Silverton. The house has been updated inside and out and everything was well organized. My mother walked through the house marveling at all the little attention to details and loved how stocked the kitchen was. I would highly recommend this house if you will be anywhere near Silverton or the falls. I plan on returning with other members of my family for future visits to Oregon.

A quaint and cozy craftsman, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Clean, bright, and welcoming. A home away from home 😊. GREAT communication with the owner. Bonus, the neighbors cat came over to say hello each day ☺️. Short drive to the trail of falls and close enough to walk to historic downtown for a cup of joe and a pastry. We would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Beautiful, cozy interior that was in immaculate condition and incredibly clean! Very quiet neighborhood and charming town! Our host was so nice, welcoming and responsive!

This was a perfect hub for our long weekend of hiking and wine! The town of Silverton is super cute, and we enjoyed the local coffee shop, farmer's market, and cafes! The house was an easy drive from Silver Falls where we went on an epic hike to see 10 waterfalls. The house was great for 4 of us gals!
