Things to Note:
- Pets allowed ($60 fee per pet). Only 2 dogs max allowed. We do not allow cats.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors.
- A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required prior to check-in.
- Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and yard during their stay. (Please note that the backyard is not fenced in.)
- This is a charming older home, which means it has plenty of character, and sometimes a subtle ‘old house’ scent. It’s part of the home’s personality, but we like to note it in case you’re especially sensitive.
- Enjoy complete comfort with indoor temperatures easily adjustable between 67 and 73 degrees.
- While we strive to provide everything you need, please note that extra sheets and supplies may not always be available during your visit. We provide an initial stock of supplies, guests are expected to supply the rest from there.
- Occasionally, our handyman or lawn care workers may be present for maintenance. Rest assured, they will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay unless there's an emergency.
- Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.
- Please note that we don't provide extra blankets.
Check-in Instructions:
- Entry is through a secure digital lock. Entry codes will be provided 30 minutes prior to your check in time.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our cleaners' schedule. They charge a small fee, but feel free to ask, and we'll check availability. Keep in mind this service is not always guaranteed.

Parking:
- Driveway parking for approximately 4 cars. No street parking available and no close location for overflow parking.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match

    No major issues. Property appears as advertised. The only issue was one of the TV’s couldn’t be used because of its programming. To the lister’s credit they did offer to fix it, however my family had plans/agenda that couldn’t accommodate. Communication was great and overall the process was pretty smooth.

    The house provided a great experience, situated in a perfect, quiet, and beautiful neighborhood. It included all necessary amenities, such as a full kitchen for cooking, and guests particularly enjoyed the amazing woodworking and stained glass throughout the home. The host was outstanding in his communication, contributing to a seamless and pleasant stay.
