The space
This spacious, luxury loft is part of the historic Reichert building that was built in 1879 by the Reichert Family. You will love the fine details of this historic loft, including the original, burled wood doors and impressive woodworking details throughout the second floor. The 2400 square foot second floor was once used as a mercantile and a boarding house. During Prohibition, the 2400 square foot third floor was converted to a speakeasy. The building was completely renovated while keeping the original trim, doors and windows.
In the commercial space below, we have a small venue space/wine/bourbon bar that has live music on Thursday through Saturday. The music is usually from 7-11pm. Most guests come down and enjoy.

Added bonus, we have a small wine bar located in the commercial space below the loft. We have music Thursday-Saturday most weeks from 7-11pm.
The space was wonderful for a large group (6). The ping pong table was a huge hit with my adult children. The bar downstairs had live music and great drinks. A fun and welcoming environment by Conni and Bill!
very nice .
This is a very cool property. The downtown, old building touches was beautiful. We had plenty of space for 8. Wonderful kitchen as we fixed meals and had plenty of space… cant beat the downstairs Bourbon Bar and live music that the adults enjoyed in the evening. Only 20-25 minutes from downtown St. Louis so made our visit so worth it. The host was amazing as Conni was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Would stay again.
We rented this property for a girls weekend and had a lovely time. Space was clean and perfect set up for us. Host met us early to check us in and was very gracious. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience! The property is great and owner was so incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!
We had two families stay at this property for a weekend getaway before school started. The loft is such an incredible space with great character. It is apparent the owners have put a lot of work into the property and are still working on it. Things to be aware of, it is an old building with a steep narrow stairwell to get to the residence floor. Conni was very communicative until she got tied up at the bar on the first floor, which they also own. She escorted is up personally and gave us a tour when we arrived. We really enjoyed our evenings on the balcony after the kids went to bed since we had beautiful weather. All in all it was a yolace to stay for a great price. With able bodies people who have no issues with stairs, we would definitely stay there again?
The space was perfect! High ceilings, plenty of space, great host.
Our stay was peaceful and our location was great. The loft was clean and expansive just as described. We loved walking downtown for evenings out.
We had a wonderful time at this awesome property. Could not have been any better. 5 adults and 2 kids. It had room for everyone. Connie was a great host. We certainly would stay there again.
We needed a place for overflow family in for a wedding! It is in a perfect location! It is very well stocked! The owners are very accommodating and friendly!! We will be coming back!!
I would recommend this loft for anyone, great place to stay, comfortable bed and plenty of room to spread out.
